09-12-2014 There has been a HUGE development one that puts the Shock in the Aw. I will hold on to this one a while. No worries, you will understand when you hear it I promise.  

As anyone can see that I have accused these people by first and last name of many felony crimes concerning what they did. They never contested a word of it and never will. In fact the documents and evidence prove it beyond a shadow of any doubt. Why is it that some of them still remain free and unpunished for their crimes have you ever wondered? I was told as my lawyer spoke on this subject in the beginning this is what he said; Is first you take all they have in a legal suit then you move forward from there. I will follow his advice to the letter as it feels like sound advice.  

  

The puppy the charge stemmed from. Adopted by a female using the name Trinity White. The weight was 6 lbs 3 oz's and well with in range of the age of this breed at 8 weeks old. On the warrant as the complainant is named on it is Bobbie Jo Barmer , and not Trinity White and not Christoph White. I suspect that someone portrayed being Trinity White along with known male that was with her, Is Christopher J White 102 Valentine Rd. Chuckey, TN.37641 Phone 423-257-9912 "current."  these were the two that came here, and adopted puppy 1841605-8. which gave a false address of 102 Saber Dr. The cell phone when traced back to its owner Christoph J White. There is no evidence of any crime on my part of any sort at all and there never was. The puppy was of normal wt. and any puppy will test positive worms the same day it was given dewormer.  The puppy was dewormed the date of sales the 2nd time on 2-15-14. Those people had my phone number and address as well as that vet they say they took him to NO ONE CALLED TO ASKED ANYTHING CONCERNING THE HEALTH OF THAT PUPPY OR WITH ANY CONCERN AT ALL. The Only the crimes they themselves committed. There is no evidence of any crime of any cruelty to any animals, and there never was. They invented the charge right out of thin air and this is the evidence which proves it right here in front of your face. Look at it for what it is. IN OTHER WORDS  AND ACCORDING TO THEIR OWN VET REPORT THE PUPPY "1841605-8" WAS OF NORMAL WEIGHT  JUST HAD TESTED POSITIVE FOR WORMS AS EXPECTED. THE WARRANT CLEARLY STATES WRONGLY THAT I DEPRIVED SUSTENANCE FROM SAID PUPPY. WHERE DID THAT OPPINON COME FROM? THERE IS NO FINDINGS, NO VET., NO DR., NO animal professional of any sort said anything of the kind. ASSHATS!! 

​This is a premeditated crime consisting of many felonies including Animal Enterprise Terrorism yet even with all the evidence which proves it more then just probable cause alone.  This goes unchallenged because there VIPs,  corrupt cops, lawyers and Judges connected to spouse's of PAWS just in this matter. The Good Old Boys Club of Hertford County NC. They have so much dirt on one another it's a joke, and if they were to drop dead they not be missed, or mourned by anyone here.  The Person's involved are and have been free to commit crimes of all natures against it's citizens and they have been doing so for years.  Theses crimes are much more serious than just civil matters committed against it's own citizens by the officials of Hertford County.

In line bred puppy ( same dam&sire)  three weeks older at 12 weeks of age seen by a real vet. noted and marked well with in normal wt. limits. Cleared for procedure. 

NO VET WOULD EVER RENDER SUCH AN OPPION AS SUCH. ( READ DISMISSAL LINE 2. THIS IS NO MORE THEN AN OUT RIGHT LIE BY THEM.. THE CHARGE WAS DROPPED 3 DAYS AFTER THE PRELIMINARY HEARING. Before they stolid my aussies JUST AS THEY CONSPIRED TO DO FROM THE BEGINNING.. There was no Vet. report concerning that puppy and no Vet has ever seen it according to there records. Nothing on file with the Hertford County County Sheriff office, or with Hertford County Animal Control. More over as a matter of record there is no reports, NOT ONE of any kind concerning my dogs in the 20 years I been here breeding my lines in this place.

 THEY WERE STOLEN AND SOLD OFF JUST AS THEY CONSPIRED TO DO FROM THE VERY BEGINING. I WAS NEVER NOTIFIEFD OF THE DISMISSAL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW UNDER G.S. 15A-941 (a1) I was handed this paper of the dismissal on 4-15-2014 the day of court by the public defender when she retrieved it from the Hertford County Clerk of Court 27 days after the fact as it is dated. By law she had to be notified by the prosecutor on the date the charged was dismissed in accordance with G.S.15A-931 (a1) The question remains was she notified by the prosecutor, and told not to tell me? This question must be addressed between Charles Kinsey and Mrs. Vernice Howard. Which ever the answer rest assured I will get the truth. 

The date of the dismissal is 3-24-2014 on the affidavit it states awaiting trial after charge was all ready dismissed ? THERE IS NO COMPLAINTS CONCERNING ANY ONE OF MY AUSSIE'S, OR ANY DOGS HERE AT ANY TIME MADE TO ANY ONE IN THE 20 YEARS I BEEN HERE THERE IS NOT ONE COMPLAINT FILED ANY WHERE. YET BOBBIE JO BARMER ATTESTS TO THIS AFFIDAVIT OF COMPLETE LIES. YET ONCE MORE JUST AS THEY CONSPIRED TO DO FROM THE START to come here and steal my aussies and sell them. None of my aussie's were in need of anything, Vets stated it on the 2nd dismissal when they charged me 30x for the same thing. All my aussie were in need of was the home they were removed from and if you don't see that then your as blind and sideways as the ones that stole them.

THEY HAD NO LEGAL REASON TO EVEN BE HERE AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON. I EVEN TOLD THEM TO LEAVE. THIS has been nothing but them involved in the confiscations rackets and now there caught. 

Don't feel to bad Robin out of all the ones they stole. No one has any knowledge of where the other aussies were taken. I'm not giving up looking for them!!!!!

When I called them out for there crimes they kidnapped me from my home without any warrant. They didn't have any reason to come here other then being told by  heir Captain to come and get me. Then once there they made up more charges again stating the same thing as the first time refusing to feed my aussie's except this time they didn't know the number of dogs, or which they were called charging me with 19 blue merles and 10 red merles when those types in those numbers never existed here. Some other's they just used off my web site. They are the biggest bunch of fools on the earth. I still have a few more names yet to be placed of people involved. This is just defensive actions and just posting there deeds is more then enough to prove to any one what they have done here. I haven't even started fighting. Just wait and see what happens when I begin my fight. I'm not the only one that these people have been stealing from. There is many more they found in compliance because they were afraid to stand up and fight back when there dogs were taken from them and the fake charges were dropped dogs were solid and sold thought PAWS they been using tactics like this and getting away with it no one fights back if the FBI won't do there jobs I'll file against them as well. I'll will bring it all in to the light and you will all see what's been going on in this place, and who's all involved in it. They haven't got away with anything. I know who represents this district and who's friends with, who and who is related to whom in DC I don't give a shit if the senator is his your uncle mothers brother, or 1st cousin and he's involved too. ( AW! Hertford County lost the district. It was handed to Northampton County. Not one Hertford County Judge left sitting on the bench. X Judge Jones and his best buddy X Murfreesboro City Att. Mike Hinton were let go they teamed up in private practice. Kensey ass is out there alone in the wind. Guilford County Animal Control has been indicted closing down both of there dog pounds for torturing animals.) More still to come I haven't even begun to fight wait until I get them in a real court of law. That'll be this year 2017. March 22,2017 a 22 page Lawsuit has been filed in Federal Court concerning those involved. It'll will be posted once I receive there reply. They have 3 weeks to reply back from the date they get served the papers.

On this past 3rd year anniversary 4/24/17 it was complete. On the 24th of March 2014 they decided to steal my aussie's  the website had a spike in new visitors of over 500. Much like the date 3 years ago, but on that day the website jumped up to over 2000 as they pick over them as to whom was going to take which ones. On the 24 of 2017 this was due to the fact they are running scared and wanted to see if I mentioned any hints of me coming after them for what they did that day. After three years past from the date the wrongful acts were committed no suit can be filed so they were worrying all this time. That's what happens to those that do wrong like them they worry about being caught. The longer it goes on, as they worry there lives are affected by it in many ways. Stress will take it's toll on them they get sick as marriages fail and job performance suffers all life in general is much harder for them as time becomes shorter. By today 4/4/2016 they all should have been served. This comes just after they thought they were all in the clear with nothing to worry about anymore they felt so much lighter there worries all behind them now it's going to be a good day.

Then BAM!  It's worse the 2nd time cause you know you're caught as word for word is laid out in front of you on legal documents that must be answered for. You're headed for federal charges after the suit filed at the federal level, and you now know it. Shelling out thousands for your defence won't help. The evidence of what you done is in your own hand there your documents you created them you hung yourselfs. Jobs will be lost lives destroyed and jail time looks to be a real possibility for you. This is what happens when you operate a animal confiscation ring and use the color of the law to do your bidding. Violation of public trust is a real problem for many of you. Conspiracy as well as violation of 120 Stat.2652   Public Law 109-374--Nov.27,2006 just to name two.

However there is much more to answer for than just what was done to me. Of course seeking immunity has it's benefits for your testimony against the others that placed you in this huge mess. After all you just started and didn't know any better. They were your own exact words to me filmed and recorded. ( Mr. Lewis has it and other copies were sent out for storeage ) I suggest you contact Mr. James Clark @ 919-792-1920 though Gordon & Melon Law firm he has the connections as an X federal prosecutor to set that in motion. You really do need to take my advice very seriously. Now others know, and many are going to suspect there is much more going on then they first realized with all this. And they would be right. You have one chance to save yourself from a lot of trouble and heartache. Do what's right I'm a very forgiving person, but that just depends on you.  You have a way to reach Mr. Clark. God's speed.
