Inc. a supposed non profit private animal corperation that files 501c3 and 990 forms which can be obtained free of charge though Economic Research Institute form 990 finder on the internet. P.A.W.S. Inc. has dabbled in the animal confiscations rackets for a long time. P.A.W.S. Inc. is own by Joann Jones the spouse of the now X District Court Judge and practicing lawyer Thomas Jones of Hertford County, NC. ( Whatever animals Hertford County Sheriff Department confiscates is handed to P.A.W.S. Inc. a private animal corporation. Where the animals are sold by P.A.W.S. If the sheriff offices falls under the legal obligation & care of the City Attorney Office of Hertford County in this district.

Update 4-11-16; U.A.C. operated Guilford County Animal Control has been ordered to pay fines 300.000 for animal cruelty charges neglect and other crimes they were responsible for shown below in the indictments. The NC.State Agricultural Department imposed the fines over 71 violations plus 5 more for failure to provide rabies vaccinations. No Guilford County officials had any say in the matter. Also noted; over 2000 animals were never accounted for. sold killed and incinerated in Davidson county NC.?They received 3 extensions to pay the fines and have not as of 4-11-16 paid a penny. They continue to give the middle finger to the suffering of animals as well as to the people that try to ease their suffering. UAC has also been ordered to pay back over 200.000 collect by the Susie fund. which was a scam they also ran to coll money for themselves ( A fund started after a dog named Susie was set on fire shot stabbed and left for dead.) Dag! sounds like what happen to me I never got a dime either.. Then there is the money collected for the new building fund for the new shelter and has flat out refused to give it back. Instead, they the U.A.C gave that money to the Triad SPCA INC. which is found to be a deceitful act as well as an illegal transfer of county and state funds by Fed law. they can get away with stealing all your money because you won't stand up for yourselves.

UAC has also tried to take possession of the 7 vehicles allocated by the county for the soul purpose and use of the animals in need at the county shelter. The UAC intent was to sell them to raise money to pay the fines they been order to pay. This was denied. The county of Guilford made this statement; That U.AC has no legal right to county property. UAC has until 4-17-16 that's when there 3rd extension to pay the fines they owe and ordered by the courts to pay expires. I have to wonder what the UAC lawyers are thinking? Well maybe if they dump all their money to friends and file under one of the chapters of bankruptcy they could get away free, after all it's always been the animals suffering and death that have paid the price for those peoples comforts. Interesting that John Nieman states on the 990 form that he hired independent contractors called Malachi House and paid them 283.187.00 There listed as animal care the Malachi House is for drug addicts and alcoholics usually recommended there by the courts for drug addiction and substance abuse. 2011 United Animal Coalition/ Guilford County Animal Shelter took in 8626 dogs they adopted out 2948 dogs. They returned to owners 1545 dogs. They Killed 3639 dogs. Handling per animal is 469.00. The number of just dogs killed per day would be 9.96 That's every single day 365 days a year. Do the math. They state total operating expenses for 2011 ( 1,569,000,00 One million five hundred and sixty nine thousand dollars. / CATS. 2011 taken in 5406. Adopted out 1883. Returned to owner 197. They Killed 3086. Cost per animal handled 469.00. Kill rate 8 cats a day 365 days a year. Total killed cats and dogs each day would be 17 of these animals 365 days every day for a year.
The handling cost per each animal is 469.00 per animal that's every animal, ducks, birds, turtles, mice, ferrets what ever the animal is the 469.00 is the handling charge. It's all listed types in 2011- 2014 Public Animal Shelter Report NC. Among the highest handling charge in the US. In fact I have not found any others as high any where. Most average 150.00 per animal many even cheaper.

Well DAG ! that's the Sheriff of Guilford County. He's listed as a non voting board member. Opps.. He's the investigating office investigating the case. He has invested interests in United Animal Coalition. So is District court judge Kimberly Michelle Fletcher a board member of U.A.C. and the president of UAC is John Nieman which was the Guilford County District Attorney. Today 2/3/16 I got to many visitors. After what I been though with these same people they just scared the crap out of me I hope they can understand I mean no disrespect and showed none, however I have no trust for them and rightly so. Nothing wrong stated nothing wrong here anyway. All was fine I was told, but there timing is rather suspect. I asked what they wanted they said just checking on dogs in the county. Which is the same thing I was told last time. BULL SHIT! They asked me to let them see the 7 dogs that were in the house I told them to go get a warrant. I went back inside. I got my camera and took pictures they started to disperse from the gate. I called my lawyer on the phone went back out with it in my hand they said they didn't need to see them and everything was fine. I really hope there being honest with me this time around I really do. They were nice enough, however they were just as nice when they made up fake warrants and arrested me last time too. I still stood up for my dogs and always will. I don't know, maybe was this a warning to stop digging? You can judge that for your self I guess. As always I hope for the best and plan for the worse. Next time you pray add a little something for animals in there some where too. I called two of my friends up there standing by in case they take me away again. My Lawyer is prepared just in case.

I showed every one on these pages what they are by the deeds they have done and continue to do. I posted the facts and numbers written in there own hands they submitted to our Government officials such as USDA and the IRS. What is it that you don't get? Yet there is people and companies like Petco and many others yet to be named out there still donating in support of these immoral sub human corporations. What is that about?
This is what I'll do next. I'll list which companies support those that tortured animals and needlessly killed hundreds of animals just for money. Who was supporting and donating to United Animal Coalition ( Guilford County Animal Control?) I'll list the companies that supported animal groups that are known to cause the needless death of animals while there guilty of making a living from the blood of animals by association. That should be rather interesting list. Stopping the flow of money stops them. Shut them down if they won't do what's right.
2011 United Animal Coalition/ Guilford County Animal Shelter took in 8626 dogs they adopted out 2948 dogs. They returned to owners 1545 dogs. They Killed 3639 dogs. Handling per animal is 469.00. The number of just dogs killed per day would be 9.96 That's every single day 365 days a year. Do the math. They state total operating expenses for 2011 ( 1,569,000,00 One million five hundred and sixty nine thousand dollars. / CATS. 2011 taken in 5406. Adopted out 1883. Returned to owner 197. They Killed 3086. Cost per animal handled 469.00. Kill rate 8 cats a day 365 days a year. Total killed cats and dogs each day would be 17 of these animals 365 days every day for a year.
The handling cost per each animal is 469.00 per animal that's every animal, ducks, birds, turtles, mice, ferrets what ever the animal is the 469.00 is the handling charge. It's all listed types in 2011- 2014 Public Animal Shelter Report NC. Among the highest handling charge in the US. In fact I have not found any others as high any where. Most average 150.00 per animal many even cheaper.
2012 They listed amount to run the shelter total operating expenses as 1,569,000,00
2013 same amount 1,569,000,00
2014 something changed. The handling charge dropped to 156.49 however the cost to run the shelter.... yep you guessed it 1,569,000,00

Well here is something else that even amazed me. I still can't fully comprehend. I looked up the United Animal Coalition INC. IRS 990 form there are 11 board members names, one is B.J. Barnes. Well DAG ! that's the Sheriff of Guilford County. He's listed as a non voting board member. Opps.. He's the investigating office investigating the case. He has invested interests in United Animal Coalition. So is District court judge Kimberly Michelle Fletcher a board member of U.A.C. and the president of UAC is John Nieman which was the Guilford County District Attorney. Today 2/3/16 I got to many visitors. After what I been though with these same people they just scared the crap out of me I hope they can understand I mean no disrespect and showed none, however I have no trust for them and rightly so. Nothing wrong stated nothing wrong here anyway. All was fine I was told, but there timing is rather suspect. I asked what they wanted they said just checking on dogs in the county. Which is the same thing I was told last time. BULL SHIT! They asked me to let them see the 7 dogs that were in the house I told them to go get a warrant. I went back inside. I got my camera and took pictures they started to disperse from the gate. I called my lawyer on the phone went back out with it in my hand they said they didn't need to see them and everything was fine. I really hope there being honest with me this time around I really do. They were nice enough, however they were just as nice when they made up fake warrants and arrested me last time too. I still stood up for my dogs and always will. I don't know, maybe was this a warning to stop digging? You can judge that for your self I guess. As always I hope for the best and plan for the worse. Next time you pray add a little something for animals in there some where too. I called two of my friends up there standing by in case they take me away again. My Lawyer is prepared just in case.
They came again in numbers a show of force on 5-11-16 at 11 am I didn't go out side. I just called my lawyer, he said that I didn't have to go talk to them at all. So I waved from the door and went about my day. I didn't take pictures, or anything this time. They yell my name for about 15 minutes than they went away. Don't matter to me what they wanted. I told them last time when they asked me if I would let 7 of my aussie's out so they could see them. I said I was done talking to them if they needed anything else from me to get a warrant.
