Litter size is 8 that's 8 x 3000.00= 24.000.00 for 8 puppies as listed fair market value. The breeders are worth the total of the litters they can produce in the breeding life time span. Registered & registerable breeding females can produce registered/registerable puppies from their age 2 to the age of 6 at two litters per year the breeding span of preregistered/registered or registerable litters. Eight registered/registerable litters at the fair market value worth is 192.000.00. Therefor the total worth of the female is what the sum of the worth of what she produces in the breeding life span. There worth a lot more then any market value to their owners how ever. But when dealing with torts and legal matters you have to have that market value establish, or an existing pre-market established which exists on the world wide web for pedigreed lines & registered pre-registered or registerable australian shepards. Kept my licences up to date until 1994 did a few favors privately surveillance things like that, hoped to go back to work, but wasn't able to get back to 100% ever again. So I retired. So I say this with all honesty If any private corporation, or agent of any believe that they can take anything from me again without due process, or legal right to do so as before. On the third year anniversary of that date this the same sort of jump occurred. I know the reason for this spike in views, and so dose any one that is aware of torts, and how they work. By law a person has three years to file any claim concerning any lawsuit from the date in which the claim has arisen. These sub-humans involved in this logged in to see if I posted about filing suit on them. Of course they didn't find anything then, as they still need to worry themselves behind what they done. Maybe I did. Maybe I didn't. Maybe I already have.
Today is 4/12/17 by now they been served those that haven't they're being sought after. They have three weeks to respond to the court from the day of service. After that part is completed we will be meeting with federal authorities and prosecutors with the D.O.J. placing criminal changers on all involved. When that part is completed we will be filing with the Bar Association in Raleigh NC. This is all very real and happening right now. For those of you that are involved that continue to monitor this site; I told you when you came to destroy my entire life what would happen. Now It's happening. It was your own arrogance and greed that caused it now your all but done. See you all in court.
