There was ONE allegation alone for the record. It's posted on this site along with the dismissal of the one charge, and showing the charge was dismissed before they stolid my aussies. Nothing concerning the high kill shelter Guilford NC. U.A.C. where over 36 were taken and killed. These aussie's went to Guilford and were killed along with many more. This picture was taken one hour before they stolid them. There pattern whites not merles idiot.

Barmer shown on there legal documents in writing in direct counter diction of the facts they them selves have stated as sworn and attested to by B.J. Barmer. And even that motion filed on the  8th day of Aug. 2014 File No. 14--CR-50604 M0tion to suppress evidence illegally seized with Hertford County District clerk of Court to be heard on those points remains in limbo as to this date 8/31/2014 by Hertford Count District Court. Knowingly by constitutional law all motions must be visited before any verdict can be render.

The U.S. Constitution provides for that as well as the NC. State Constitution Bill of Rights. This means that no one can be tried on any matter with filed standing motions concerning that case to be heard on 9-26-2014. If within the State of NC. Hertford County decides to succeed from the State, and abolish the U.S. Constitution and the NC. State Bill of rights afterwards at that time set forth can there points of law may be changed to that of monarch State, but must apply for a withdraw from Statehood first.  Until such a time as that I will defend the U.S. Constitution and the NC. Bill of Rights as empowered to do so by law. This includes the immediate investigation and arrest of all persons that participated in crimes against a citizen of the state of NC. on 3-25-2014 in Hertfort County NC as the laws set forth by U.S. Congress are shown to be clearly violated by those, and that they conspired to commit these crimes from 2-15-2014 forward. Which evidence is contained in there own legal documents by there own hands as they committed several felony crimes as well as breach of public trust. The documents are posted on this site. Which is probable cause. I demand and insist an official investigation take effect and warrants be issued for there immediate arrests. There is no citizen arrest in NC. the only state out of 50 that dose not support it. How ever Va. dose. I do not have to be a citizen of Va., or any other to affect the use of that law to affect any felony arrest using reasonable force to effect.

I chose to live my life in the company of dogs to be more specific Australian Shepherds. My reasons are mine alone. I chose to be a breeder to make my living to support my way of life and to be able to live free as my fathers before me. That's my God given right born in the American flag as my ancestors before me. I will not be bullied by any rouge police men, sheriff deputies, or half assed corrupted officials acting self interest to abuse the rights of others, Or that of any public force used in a private manner such as what they none here in Hertford County NC.   When the only legal recourse I have is the law and there shown by the evidence in black and white to be acting in self interest, and corrupt any good persons that remains with in, and in knowledge of this is there fore just as bad to allow it to continue to happen. That's just acting in a cowardly manor. I called them out by there names, first, middle, and last name. I faced them on there grounds and pointed in there faces and called them just what they are. Now I spit in there faces. Not one of them has denied the truth printed here, because I provided the evidence of it, and they can't afford to have it heard in any court of law outside of there own control. This is a public website all information with in is public and subject to all laws.  If it were defamation instead of truth don't you realize I'd be forced to remove it.
