May Days 2005 the days the grate mass murders of Gods own innocents. And were talking about hundreds of healthy puppies and kittens dog and cats. Back in Dec. 2004 I still did some work with in my field as an investigator. I let my Va. license expire, working under law firms you do not need a state license. From 21 years of working at it I acquired an reputation among good people that wanted to get to the root of many different things that ailed them, or there clients. I was known as relentlessly dangerous, and very honest . I was approached and was asked if I'd do a favor for some ones client that was setup concerning a murder that they were sure they had nothing to do with. They were right in the end, but I got hurt getting to the truth. The trouble with me is I take each job very personal when I get involved I'm like my aussies with a bone striping the meat and sucking out the marrow. I get to the truth and all the facts speak for them selves. Others decided I was a big problem for them and tried to remove me. I ended up broken they ended up caught game over the truth wins again. Who ever said the truth don't hurt never met the kainite's I went up against. I matched the colors of old glory. They shot me run me over beat me bloody. I been left for dead more then once and a few times I could have swore I was.
After that favor was done I needed some repairs again, my left tibia was broken and the ACL was gone, my right arm had a hole in it and the rotator cuff detached & collar bone was broken in half two crack rips two broken fingers sort of felt like a full body sprain more or less. I still had my aussie's to care for there my main responsibility. I needed surgery, but put it off for the past 4 months I wasn't going to be tied to a bed for no 4 or 5 days no way. My leg bone healed with out them drilling and putting pens in it like they wanted to do with it at first. I couldn't be laid up for any length of time. I decided for out surgery after the bone healed well enough on it's own. This is where they go in there and attach some dead guys ACL to where mine was missing. I did fine and I got a cool ass brace to boot. Then I needed one more surgery on my arm to fix the rotator cuff. My other bones healed fingers & ribs pretty much all fixed up. I called PETA two months before this time, and I never received a call back. During that time I was told that PETA help place animals in good homes by some in the medical field as that was my reasons for not allowing them to drill on me and keep me in some bed for a week, or longer. There was no internet service here either, I only knew about PETA from what I was told by those in the medical field that told me such things.
April 16 2005 PETA worker comes here she seem really nice, loved all my aussie's I had no reason to suspect anything else about them . We talked a while she said they were well connected and they had a network of animal lovers that would take in what ever number of aussies I gave them. She said she'll arrange all the details and call me. So a few weeks later on May 18 2005 she calls and told me that they found placement homes she'll be coming here with 7 vans and her supervisor Mrs. Hinkle in the morning the aussie's will love the places we have set up for them. They really made it sound just like it is set up for them here. Lots of room ponds & creeks to swim in, woods to romp around in others to play with the hole happy ever after ferry tale story. They arrived around 9am all 7 vans loaded up by 10am they left headed to Ahoskie NC. 76 aussies about half of what I had headed for higher ground. I told them if there was any doubts that if even one was not suited for there new homes to return them there was no need to fine homes for all them that as I am getting around a lot better scents I first called them for help. They swore all was great, and they be having a time of there life's like they did here. I was right sad to see them go, but knew they be just fine from what I was told.
The following day after that I was out front with the rest of my aussie's . I noticed my mail lady sitting in her car at my mail box. She was crying. I asked what was wrong she said haven't you heard ? When she told me I went in to shock. I then stayed sick for a time afterwards. If you ever here when she delivers my mail you should say hi and ask her about that day It's one either of us will ever for get. She is a real sweet person. Any way, I went to the trial in Winton on the next to the last day, and spoke to the D.A .Valery Assbell and her Asst. now scents retired. I spent most of that day speaking with them about Adrian Hinkle and Andrew Cook, but there were 6 others all from PETA with them here as well not just them two. All the aussie's they took from here were murdered and thrown away. Included with them was a litter of 8 seven weeks olds and there two year mother Jet a solid black aussie's with extra dews claws on her back legs, which was the picture used on the front page of the news paper when the story broke.
As I was sitting in that same side room in the same court house in Winton NC. the same one where they surrounded me handing me the deal of the day with that paper they made up. On this day it was a bit different I could here them in the room beside me making deals. The Asst. DA went to speak with Mrs. Assbell came back to as it went back and forth for a little while with them me and Hinkle's attorneys I could hear some of what was going on in that room next to the one they had me in. They would be found not guilty as long as they complied with the agreements set before them just what they were I couldn't say. The Asst. DA took me to the his boss lady Assbell at that time they just brushed the hole thing off. None of the things I told them concerning PETA and Hinkle went any where, What they did to me and my aussie's and I had evidence and witnesses prove it. It was ever to be put before the courts. I wanted them charged with the crimes they committed against me and my aussie's they were never charged. The last day of the trail 2 -2-2007 they were found not guilty of all charges and it was over. All the crimes went unanswered for even being caught red handed with the bodies. They were found guilty of littering, but appeal over turn that later as PETA tells it. Charged with 21 felonies 8 misdemeanors and 3 obtaining property under false presentences. And the best the D.A. could do was littering ? Not real surprising if you have ever met the person and looked in to her eyes you'd see she's just empty.
A few months after that trial new vehicles for the county showed up the pound began upgrading some construction began and repairs made on county property. On May 2006 PAWS INC. took over the county pound. They had 48 members and claim 1000 animals adopted out in the first year in the next three years were the same amount a 1000 animals a year. That's the average of 2.7 animals per day. They all have noble causes they say there teaching, spaying / neutering animals for free, or at low cost and cutting down the population of animals in the county. How ever with all this teaching and peaching and just how very bad it is to allow animals to breed, and insisting on spaying/neutering your pets. Still they claim the numbers keep growing and it gets worse and worse every year there all ways asking for donations and running fundraising drives. It's so bad now in fact they drive up to your home and walk in and just take your pets to restock there kennels and sell them off.. it's rinse wash repeat. Strays are hard to fine any more. In fact they rather take yours from your yard while your at work, because there less cost involved there all in grate shape.
PETA is PAWS Inc. there just dressed out with a shelter. I see no difference in the two and they remain tied together as one still today. I seen the white unmarked vans there my self. It's all just a racket, and I know it, and you should realize it for what it is. No one will ever convince me that PETA didn't pay off Hertford County in the Winton Court house on that day. I WAS THERE back rooms deals were done. The verdict handed down was not guilty and they were caught with the bodies of the dead in there own van with them driving it. They were seen by police officers throwing the bagged bodies in the trash, and the poison used to stop there hearts from beating and the used syringes in there procession. And she dose not process a license in NC to even have nor to use that drug. ( Pentobarbital.) But NOT GUILTY on all counts. Lady justice sees only green in Hertford County NC. the justice scales welded in place, even our flag waves in that stink of corruption in utter disgrace. I'll continue to curses the day of the their birth and I'll rejoice in the day of there death. If they were your dogs and you seen the pictures of the dead you feel the same.
