Next news story said 60 plus and still wrong. I had to count them for them people my self. I called them by names 54 names for 54 dogs. Not counting the 13 puppies. What A Bunch of Idiots and nitwits all them people prove them self's to be, and not one of them knew anything about a dog let alone how to count. They were disappointed that there wasn't 100 because some of them out there that day had to take a cut in pay. Most went to Guilford NC. (36 in fact) scents it was a longer distance to drive they needed to make up any losses in there fuel cost. Oh you didn't know that? Well they seemed not to make it there either because as it turns out they were killed by them within 3/4 days, but they kept taking the donations for them. Hertford County Animal Control was a private company as is PAWS now of the same address using the same shelter. HCAC is under the direction of the Hertford County Sheriffs office. According to the news they called in HSUS and SPCA. So whom is in violation of many laws concerning my aussies from 54 counts of grand larceny to conspiracy. Whom allowed them to be taken by HSUS and SPCA in Va. which is interstate transportation of stolen property. I then asked if he knew PAWS was also listed as a private company and they both HCAC and PAWS shared the same address. He didn't know what PAWS was. Well I see who Bobbie Barmer said drafted it according to the affidavit she named Charles Kinsey. I was talking to Mr. Revelle's on the phone at his office 4/ 28/ 14 Mr. Revelle did say he and his firm did represent HCAC and he drafted it. Of course he lied about it, some lawyers do that. The man is an idiot to think that he can get away with it.. None of them can defend a lie against the truth. I'll uncover all of them and show you all just what the truth is. Keep up with the dates on the documents. Notice that the dismissal of the charge is dated on the same date as the search warrant which is the same day they stolid my aussies. Which was stated by Hertford County Animal Control as Probable Cause to get the search warrant to begin with. There she states the charge was awaiting trial when in fact it was dismissed even before she got the search warrant. Also notice how the warrant of arrest was given to me before Hertford County Animal Control came out here to do any type of investigating in to any complaint. I've asked to have all complaints concerning all Bobbie Barmer of H.C.A.C. stated as numerous complaints. By the letter of the law I'm entitled to any and all she's stated on the document, but of course there isn't any factual complaints only what she's made up her self show on that document. I never received any complaint, or complaints in all the years I been here concerning any animal. At the age of 4 you keep replacements for that line, or lose it. The time the line breeder reaches 6 the replacement turns 2. the 6 year old is spay and retires. Scientists spend 15/20 years some might say a life time of work on studies by different Governments funding them to carry out so many different things some seem pretty silly to me but to each there own.
So far we discovered I have/had a lot of dogs and yes I do/did. 60 counting the two litters that they took by there count as of 3/24. New count by them is now 50 according to todays news 4/2. I have had many asked me the same question 100 of times. There well loved and cared for by me. I went to grate lengths to assure they have what they need they never went with out food, heart worm preventative and had regular de-wormings they have Vet. care when needed they have all their shots up to date. They want for nothing. In 2000 and something I broke some bones and tore out some ligaments. Went to the Doctors office they wanted to keep me a while to operate on my leg sticking a pen in it to keep the bones together and put a donors ligament it there. I refused that myself and just asked him to put a brace on it let the bone heal and afterwards I'll come back when I get the time to have out patient surgery to reattach the ACL to the healed leg. He agreed. In the mean time I talked to people to fine some foster homes for some aussies. No one around here at that time knew PETA killed animals as they did. Some one told me PETA really cared and found good homes for many animals from our county. They passed me the number and I called explaining my situation to PETA out of Norfolk VA. By the time they showed up here it was two months after I called and winter was over with, and I just came off them dag gum crutches two weeks before the bone healed perfectly. I was sporting that road worrier metal brace still just so my leg didn't fold up under me as there wasn't any ACL to keep that from happening. During this time the aussie's were all taken care of every day and de-wormed meds kept up with all there needs met. I fell over from time to time and it was painful on the ice sort of hard to be walking on crutches on ice carrying 50lbs bags of dog food. They didn't have the 40 lb bags in the feed stores back then and that wouldn't have made any difference any way. I always got back up in no worse shape. I always remained dedicated to the health and well being of my aussies. People all know this that live around me they seen me every day out there with them.
I been called a hoarder I been called a puppy mill I been portrayed as child molester. Scents the news brought it up I will defend myself with the truth. That was the biggest lie ever told. I'm a Professional Hobby breeder by all definitions, by all accounts a good one. I am a father I had custody of two daughters after a very nasty divorce in the mid 80's. That in it's self should tell you something if the courts agreed I was the best father I could be, and they handed me custody of two daughters . I was working a lot because I had too. I was a register armed private detective for many years. I was registered by the Commonwealth Of Virginia though out the 80s up until 1991 my registration expired in 1-31- 1992 Pen # 068969. I know all about this sort of tactic used to sway others in to believing lies. This is not my first rodeo. I stepped on a lot of toes during my employment. In 1999 in Hertford County NC. when we had the 100 year flood I took notice of false claims being made by some people in Hertford County to gain new homes from damage that they never received from the flood or the storm it's self. I am honest man and loyal like my aussies so I turn't them in because wrong is wrong no matter who they were, or there affiliations.
Which leads me back to this part of the story. Daughter my youngest was 12 both were getting out of control. I would not defend my self as it would put one against the other as well as show that one daughter went to hire some one to have me murdered so one could do what ever they like to do not because I did any thing to any one of them in any manner as any excuse or reason to hire some one to kill me. All this is known by a lot of my daughters old friends if you cared to ask her she'll set ya strait , Bobby Keel of Suffolk Va. and Larry Overton my Lawyer at that time as well as a Dallas Griffen he's the cousin to the one that was going to do the killing and he was present during the conversation and some others came forward when the deal was made to have me murdered. I'm a single father I did what I thought a Dad must do at the time. Do I regret it? Well some times the thought crosses my mind, but no I did what needed to be done. I took the guilt myself. What father would want to see there daughter charged with that? I did what I had to do after all I apparently failed some where as a father for something like that to happen to where I was hated so much to have me killed . No feeling is worse then that I don't think. I did what I had to do. I chased the daughter away out of my life at the time to protect her from her own self.
I plead no contest to indecent liberty so none of this would ever come up again and yet this happens, and some one from PAWS of Hertford County seems to think that reminding everyone of something that never was true to begin with would have some effect in convincing by deception to sway public opinion to there side. Why else even bring it up at all? One has nothing to do with the other anyway. Use your heads. I would sacrifice my life for any one of my daughters with out a thought or doubt. Unconditional love is amazing what it does if your a parent you know what I mean. I'll live with my choice. God knows me. It was my choice then and still holds true today. All that is as healed as it will ever be I guess it'll never be set right but it's as good as it gets.
I try to hammer out a meager living by breeding and saving other aussies They go to good homes. I do well the ends meet and it's a hoot to be around them. They just love me unconditionally there the best dogs in the world. I breed them for others to enjoy and if you have one you know just what I mean. I have received a lot of calls from people thanking me for the best dogs they ever had. As far as law enforcement is concerned by calling me and labeling me as a hoarder dose that fit the definition of the word? Look it up your self. As far as hoarder go's from all the accounts I've read about and, seen they do not adopt out there litters, or fine homes for there recuses either. Instead hoarders elect to keep them all. Where as a breeder keeps one from each line every 4/6 years picking the best from the litters for breeding to farther the betterment of the breed it's self.
You know with all this happening a lesser man may have taken the easy way out and given up. Well I'm not the lesser man.. I wont give up fighting for my rights or for my breeding lines. To be told that I have to get my aussie's spay, or they will get a warrant to take them from me with in 30 days from 3/24. Who and what do they think they are? I am not in Murfreesboro City limits I have no restrictions concerning breeding or numbers I been here breeding over 16 years I came here with them. I never had his sort of problem with the other animal control officer, or any one else in my entire life. It only started when this HCAC officer pop up two months ago. Something with her is way out of line to be violating all my civil liberties. There in there fenced in yard and have everything they want or need. I can't make any scents of it other then the reasons stated above as some sort of pay back for being truthful and forthcoming in the behalf of other people I never even met that really needed replacement housing at that time of the flood. I do know this that would really ruin my lively hood and my way of life completely as well my daughters and all future generations of my family. As it is now I don't know if I can ever recover fully, and if I can it will take so many years of very hard work. I will be to old to raise 5th generations, maybe even to see the results of 5th generation breeders from any lines that I could salvage from this mess they made of my way of life. My daughters were looking forward to taking over one day I am looking forward to being able to turn over our family legacy to my children as they are to there children. They stolid that from me just about every thing our past generations of my family built. My whole families work generations to build what I was entrusted to, all gone, all but one line at this point. I lost hole family lines going back generations because of these people and I use that term loosely (people) . And that Is the hardest part of it all. No one can image what this feels like. I been labeled by the news media and the following people as a monster HSUS and Hertford County Animal Control And Hertford County PAWS with the sheriff office backing them. Just why they want you to think that?
What lead to this situation is clear to me as it should be to every one. A few months back I placed a page on this site adopting free adult aussie's . I posted pictures of many of them there. I only use common scents in giving them to adopters not just to any old person that comes along. I know a lot about people and can tell a animal lover from some one looking for bait dogs to teach pit bulls to fight and kill. I'm not getting any younger and either are my parents. IF fact my father is back in the hospital as of yesterday battling ammonia for the third time . On 3/10/14 I see the police pull up out front. So I walk over to see if there was something I could help them with. One of my nabobs is a sheriff he was there and a new fella I have never seen. They explained they had this warrant for me ( the one posted above) I replied back to my long time nabob You know me better then that I would never starve or cause harm to any dog. They replied anyone can say any thing about anyone to get a warrant. It was agreed for the safety of the dogs as soon as could arrange for my daughter to get here to sit with the aussie's I'd come down there . They are never left unattended at any time. They left here then and went about there job. 120 /130 minutes later animal control officer pulls up out front. I don't know them only the older gentlemen that used to be the animal control officer for the county just two months ago. There is two of them both female officers this day one was teri something and officer BJ Barmer. They seemed to be surprised I was home. I am all ways extremely busy in the day hours between 11 and 4 pm with play time feeding time clean up time and there all being drenched with fenbendazole given by weight @ 1ml/cc per 25lbs of weight for the 3 days. This day were on the 3rd one. We had a lot of wet weather around here this season that just adds to the clean up time too.
They said nothing about the warrant they just asked to see the rabies vaccinations as they said they were just going around to all the homes checking every ones rabies vaccinations. Then a black unmarked police car pulls up and he gets out and walks over. Now this is getting a bit strange around here. As were talking Mrs. Barmer has her arm fully extended over the fence pointing at the aussie's making comments he's pretty and is that an aussie too? Her arm is still extended over the fence as she's pointing her finger at several aussies still making comments such as that ones eating poop. There all three feet away I see them every day I know what they do, as well as the reasons they do it, but she still felt she had to carry on like that. So I'm getting behind in my work it's feeding time, at this point the others are waiting to eat too. Lara aussie is beside me the hole time she stands up on her hind legs and places her mouth around Mrs. Barmer hand in an act of showing affection. She jerked her hand back to her side of the fence and said I need to see the rabies vaccinations she bit me. Well I knew that wasn't the case so I called the police officer over closer and said I need a witness here. I asked him to check Mrs. Barmer hand. Mrs Barmer then laughs. The officer took noticed there were no marks on her hand. I didn't fine any of that funny at all my self. I told her I don't have the time for this sort of thing. She didn't write me a ticket concerning the required act giving me the 3 days to show her the vaccination records as required, and this was just turning in to harassment really fast. Not some friendly conversation concerning the aussies. as it started.
I went about my day leaving them standing there. They stood out there talking among them selves for a time then Mrs. Barmer yells to me I'll be back in 3 days to have a look at those rabies shots. I took there picture and they left. Afterwards as they drove out of site I just shook my head and said to the aussies disgustingly, "damn people". With in the next two hours my daughter shows up so I can get the warrant taken care of. I drive there and sign a unsecured 500.00 bond for one charge of cruelty to animal a class 1 misdemeanor (See warrant above.) I asked the magistrate just who was making this allegation? He replied she is pointing at the warrant Mrs. Barmer is. I replied I'm confused myself and don't understand. I never met her before that very day out front. I never spoke with her, or had any dealings with her ever in my hole life. I was wondering just why this was taking place to receive a warrant 140 minuets before from the police then have the accuser from Hertford County Animal Control show up afterwards with a different deputy sheriff seemed rather odd.
Ten days go by 3/21. I go to court to obtain an public defender. All went as expected until I was sent to the other room to file out the papers to get my PD. Now I hear the bailiff the directed me to that point telling some one you can't speak to him he's getting an attorney. I turn to see Herford County Animal Officer Bobbie J Barmer trying to approach me as the bailiff stopped her. I file the application for my PD and was granted one by the name of Vernice B Howard. As I got up I was motioned over by Mrs. Barmer She had a paper in her hand she wanted me to read it. I didn't have the right glasses on so that wasn't possible. She then directed me to follow her to some other room where I called on the person that came with me there to follow behind me. In this other room there was two others. One was the assistant DA Charles Kinsey, Bobby J Barmer which lead me there and some other tall funny oily looking man in a suit said to be a city council member of the City of Murfreesboro. And Alfonzo which was with me . They asked who he was first off and I replied he's my ride and with me. Then they asked me to sit down and shoved some paper in my face again the same one an yet again I replied; I can't see the words on it. They read it a few times and I had no intentions of signing it. They told me if I didn't they come in with a warrant and take them all and euthanized them . This was the tall oily man in a dark suit speaking. Barmer said that if I sign it I be able to keep just 3 and I never see her again and the charge would just go away. I asked why ? The tall oily man Mr Hinton BECUASE WE DONT WANT YOU SELLING DOGS IN HERTFORD COUNTY! in a demanding tone. I look at Kinsey he said that's right.
I told them I had two litters what was to be come of the ones I had holds on for people ? She replied return there deposits and tell them they will be held for them that I could give her the names of the persons and they could buy them from them. I needed time to think they kept coming at me with there voices from three sides all at the same time. I got up as a pain shot from my chest in to my jaw and down my left arm. I got really dizzy and fell to one knee I felt sick really fast like throwing up all at the same time the DA guy Kinsey said he had to go and left the room. Al got on the phone and called my daughter, and she stayed on the phone from that point forward so she could over hear what was going on. I sat back down after a few minutes and the DA came back in. Then Barmer said you know I could come out there and fine you 25 per dog for them not having rabies shots too. I asked about keeping the litter that people had deposits on Barmer replied just take them some where for that day if there not there there not there. I asked them to get me my lawyer, or any lawyer to read over that paper, because they could be saying it said anything. I cant see the words. They refused saying if I did the deal is off the table and they take them all and have them euthanized. Then the number went to I can keep 5 and the one charge would go away and I never have to see her again. Seems I had no choice what so ever save 5 or kill all of them by not signing it. I still couldn't see what it said. So I took a chance I felt really trapped and sick I couldn't stay in there for another second. I'd defend myself on my land in here there no chance. They took me before some clerk in the court room, court was long over by that time. I couldn't begin to tell ya how long I was in there. I was just so relived to get away from them dishonest evil crooked bend sorry excuses for human beings I ever had the misfortune of meeting in my life. When we got to the car my daughter was still on the phone I asked her if she heard all that crazy mess? She was crying and said yes.
From Friday evening on the 2 / 23 to 2/ 25 to Monday morning they arranged for 4 or 5 news crews a helicopter and a line of vans and police cars 1/2 mile long from all over the place Gilford NC. Va Beach spca, Norfolk spca and some others I haven't even heard of and wasn't told. The HSUS was directing the show Nothing, but lies all of it. I carried some aussies from out front I carried them one by one. I told Officer Jessie Fernell no more. I keeping my lines. One of the news reporters ask me how I felt about the court ordered removal of my dogs? I said what? who said that? She indicated HSUS with a glance and a nod of her head. I then announced in a load voice it's over I told them go home I'm done. Then someone showed up with a search warrant. See copies on this site and read it for your self. They then took all my aussie's but five, and my daughters two.
As far as the rescues go there wasn't one it was stealing. They want you to think I keep every dog I see and call me a hoarder. As of today news it's a suspected hoarder it's changing by the day what there saying about me. How ever they took away illegally all, but one registered breeding line from the house and that is not being told and none of them are being shown by the news media. There pictures are shown below. Not one of them or any one of the litters of two had any medical problems, nor neglected, nor abused. They still took them. This is what has out raged me and lots of others as well. I'm going to fight back I'm going to sued. I'm going to have them arrested for grand larceny. I'm going to do everything I can. What they did was against he law period. They made false statements to obtain the dogs in house with a search warrant and then called that a voluntary surrender (HOW) They are spaying and adopting those out obtained by the warrant out to adoption that is illegal as it gets. They better hold them in custody of the shelters as the law requires them to. HSUS SPCA HCAC PAWS all acting with out due possess and there is evidence of this there all extremely corrupt in this county. As they have not heard the end of this and never will.
It all begins with and ends with PAWS INC. Of Hertfort County Jo Ann Jones married to District court Judge Thomas Jones husband. Back in mid 2011 I called her myself. PAWS INC OF H.C. to see if they could help place 15 to 20 well suited socially apt. retrained recuse aussie's in to homes. She came out here in person and looked round. She said that her group did not have the resources, but she knew others that did and would place some calls. A week later many others showed up to look at all the aussie's not just the ones agreed on. They took each ones picture and placed each one on a leash what amounted to just a thin rope looped around there neck if they resisted they were deem unfit for adoption. This was by no means what I asked her concerning these aussie's. They did this to every one of them even to the ones that were my family aussie's not up for any placement what so ever.. ( I have all the Emails concerning all of the conversations that took place during this time concerning her and some of the others involved ) It became very clear they wanted every one of them. In a short time I was being bullied by these people. Jo Ann Jones even stated that she get HCAC to come out here and if my aussie's didn't go peacefully he'd shoot them on the spot. I was past mad with her for saying such a thing. I back off from them I didn't want there help not worth the trouble. I only asked her for the help for just the ones that were received from others and the ones that I saved from being put down because of handy caps deft, or blind aussie's. They all well knew many were from other people as they seen the paper work as well as being told where they came from. They also showed them the snip forms showing that I had theses spay my self, because I didn't know the blood lines of those aussies so breeding any of them on intention wasn't something that one should do. So spaying was the way to keep that from happening and that was all ready done by me. They all were in good health.
These people kept pushing and kept pushing I felt beholding to them and was willing to allow a few others go with them at this point so they could sell them to gain any losses as they made me feel I owned them so much and they made sure of that. They wanted to spay all the females here and insisted I wouldn't breed a one because one dog adopted from here would kill a dog in a shelter some where in the world. I don't think that way it's there ideology and ones like them. I even ask her what was it I was going so different then them by saving as many as I could. I didn't get donations as they do I don't take any of them to the pound I don't get money from the county to feed them. I breed my lines and adopt them out to be able to support them all and it works very well. If one person can do all this on his own think what a group of 5 people could do? Where I went wrong in 2011 was to take to many rescues in to close together and seek out other like minded people ( I thought ) to help. Not so many people take there dogs to the pound, or to PAWS when there is other choices. The people that came here to surrender there pets looked around and found this a place they like them to be. I don't cage any one of them and they have lots of running room and others to play with all day. The ones that were born here that were adopted out and brought back a few years later because of any persons situation. I wrote all about that as a must do before taking them any where else. Others have listed names as that like that as the White Rabbit. and the Truth Seeker, Alice In Wonderland. How deceptive is all this PR. Marking and sales? Well very. How far will they go? As far as they can and farther. They can place in favor or disfavor any add they get paid to set in place with search options they can link your adds or misdirect. Depends on who is paying for what. They can destroy you or promote you depending.

Who's behind all of this is well it's PAWS of Hertford County NC. in connection with Hertford County Animal Control. ( They work in conjunction with each other as they state that them self's.) A Murfreesboro City Attorney/ Council Member as he was introduced to me as not a lawyer (Michael Hinton) works with Revelle's law offices as I have found out scents that day, and then there was one of the Asst. DA's. said to be the one that drafted that voluntary surrender paper his name is also on the dismissal ( that voluntary surrender I did not honor nor have any intentions of honoring after I was forced to sign it under threat of killing all my aussie's if I didn't sign .) The way it was put was like this in short as it is stated above; You can keep 3 and we will pick up the rest and rehome them and the one charge of cruelty to animal will go away. Also we won't come out and write you a 25.00 fine on each dog for exp. rabies vaccinations per dog, which I never received a written notice for by the way, and I do have all the rabies shots. I still do and did show her. They held me in there over an extended time pushing that paper in my face. I asked to speak with an attorney. They replied if I did the deal is off the table and they just come out and take them all and euthanize every one of them not leaving any then it went to, I can keep 5 of them . All that will come out shortly as well there is more then one witness to all of that. The one that drafted this paper his name as Charles Kinsey Asst. DA. that's on the application of the search warrant according to Bobbie Bramer own words. The Hertford County Animal Control officer. If you just look this up; The City Of Murfreesboro, NC. you will find the charter for PAWS on there front page to your right. Now go to there web site. They just held a meeting in Chesapeake Va. on 4/7 . Film was taken and sent to me of whom was in attendance in that meeting by two adoptees of my aussie's that live near by the meeting place.
All this is turning out to be a bigger conspiracy then I thought with all the elements involved. Don't for get whom the Executive director of PAWS is named; Jo Ann Jones and her husband is the District Court Judge Thomas Jones of Hertford County NC. He's the presiding District court Judge on the 22 of April to rule over my one false charge of crudity to animal in Hertford County NC. On his part that is the biggest conflict of interested ever heard of. I'm giving you all a front row seat to all of this. I hope your paying attention closely. I have notified the Judicial Commission in NC as well as some other interested federal authorities by means of this site. I suggest that you alert your friends in law enforcement and your family attorneys to read this page if they have any suggestions I'm all ways open minded. If they own a pet and believe this is a good cause for a lawsuit they like to be apart of I'll hire them. We shall see Tuesday 4/22/2014 when he will be ask to stand down as the presiding judge in my case for the reason of conflict of interests. The other entities PAWS , HCAC, SPCA, HSUS others involved all are named and others will be named, and will be held accountable for there part. This should sicken all Americans to see how seedy county legislative bodies work here in our own country. What they did and continue to do is completely illegal. They went as far as even killing some of my dogs for no good reason, just because there old. Old Dogs don't sell. I'm discussed beyond imagination. These monsters use what ever and who ever to farther there own Ideology and profits to use me to farther there goals to try and pass some bill in NC. HSUS and the SPCA are using me three times over. One as a fund raiser to help push there ideology as well as the anti puppy mill law in to affect and I am not no where near a puppy mill nor a hoarder of anything, but freedom. They came to calling war on me SO BY GOD WAR I'LL PLACE BACK ON THERE HEADS! I'm not that a puppy mill or a hoarder of anything other then freedom and not that being a hoarder, or a puppy mill is against any laws in NC.. True Puppy mills are under the unwatchful eye of the USDA. SPCA, PAWS ,HSUS all are USDA puppy mills. READ the Animal Welfare Act and Animal Welfare Regulations written by the USDA. Every SPCA, PAWS, HSUS as well as All Animal Toxicological Testing labs in NC. Every one and all though out the United States have to be licensed by the USDA to run any shelter for animals. Scents I just spoke with Charles Kinsey at the DA's office in Ahoskie NC. in a very short conversation. 4/24/2014 he deigns everything, and stated to me when I asked about my aussie's . That it is now all between ( myself the owner ), and Michal Hinton. How can that be when he was the one that told me before court on that day 3/21/2014 that he needed to see me before I was to leave. Yea that's right. He's the person the wrote the paper up to begin with. But he's innocent in all of it how can he even say that? He's a stinking nasty dirty liar, And there is more witness to the fact that he approached me and stated he wanted to see me before leaving there that day He was in the room and in the conversation he knew what was said and what they were all doing. ( IT'S all illegal every bit of it. ) Who dose he thinks he's fooling but him self anyway? Looks to me that he just wants to distance himself from this situation but that won't happen. I won't allow it his hands are dirty and he will have to face up. He knows what he did and he knows it was wrong. True puppy mills by the legal definition of that term there isn't one. As by actions and laws are concerned and can only be governed by the USDA which are SPCA's, PAWS, HSUS , and all the rest that are registered and licensed by the USAD that house and handle dogs. Now 36 of my aussies have not been located. No one seems to know a thing what happen to them? Why? I tried to help her get this puppy located so she could get it after I returned the holding deposit to her. She was told by vbspca that HSUS has her red flagged as a breeder and she is not allowed to adopt any animal what so ever from any spca in the U.S. now your informed as how they are connected to each other. She called me very upset crying. The thing is with that she is not nor never been a breeder. A few days later vbspca told her that she can have one of Cricket's puppies when there ready and that the vbspca won't honor the red flagging of her by HSUS because the reason were good enough as they stated but that isn't the reason. The real reason is because I notified them that I was made aware of it as well as my lawyers. But how I have to wonder if they will honor there word as they set a 45 mile limit on the range in miles as to whom can adopt any one of them that range is 45 miles from the vbspca shelter it self. I hope they honor there own word and allow her to receive one of my puppies and make no mistake there all mine they just stolid them from me. These are of my lines bred over many generations in my family. They hold no rights to any one of them what so ever and never will. There registered in my name. I was never charge with any crime, or any charge on the day they took all but 7 of my aussie's away from here they changed there names and sold some of them to strangers for money. Some of you that have them now. You fine that all right with you do you? How's that right? Just makes you an accessory after the fact as far as I'm concerned. let me ask you this if it were you how would you feel about some stranger taking your aussies splitting up your family stealing your lines. I don't make a profit off the blood of any animal. I do what I do for the love of all life. I can't save them all, but what Gods gives me I will. These people here in Hertford County Animal Control & PAWS any and all that are like them won't affect me nor stop me they won't dictate to me there ideology. They wont dictate to me how I should live my own life . My life don't belong to no one. but myself and those that made me who I am. I have not violated any law concerning animals. I am not in denial of anything. I am not a hoarder nor a puppy mill. I am a breeder / rescue just as I appear to all those that know me. I just proved it with the death of many of my aussie's. All they shown you was a few of the 52 they took. They sent a few of them to high profile places to parade them about on TV internet and pictures as the rest they could killed unnoticed. How dare any one of you allow just one of there deaths go unnoticed for the love of GOD shed a tear for them. They harm no one and were loved as they loved what else could you need to see. They will just destroy some one else's life and kill more as soon as they can. If you support them after seeing this then it will make you just as bad as they are. They must be stopped and NOW. Do unto others as you have them do unto you. That is a simple as it can be put. Fine some way to run them out of town any company that supports them don't buy from. NO doubt when they see this I will be arrested again for what ever they can arrest me with. The news won't print the truth or they were just flat out lie to by law enforcement. Really a 100 dogs? How they come up with that number? TWICE the number here. And hoarder? Who said that? Sheriff office again according to the news. I am a registered breeder and, my aussie's are registered as well. I adopt out hoarders don't do that. Suspected puppy mill was mention too. NO such league term really, but never the less they have to be USDA certified to be a puppy mill and SPCA, HSUS, PETA and PAWS are all USDA CERTIFIED and keep there dogs in little cages. This is a nightmare no one should have to endure alone. I had two aussies named Blu and Star they were born here I raised them from pups. They will be 17 years old at the end of this month they have cancer Blu has may be 2/ 3 months, Star 6-8 months if he's luckily. They took them from there home of 17 years for no noble reasons as they want you to think none of what they say is true. There locked up in a cage to die among strangers in a strange place.
I never caged my aussie's they have free run of the land and house there my dogs. We are a real family with all the elements lots of families have Grand dams and sires grate grand dams and sires, dams, sires and there kids. There is so many things a lot of you just don't see nor think about. Here is just one. Register breeding lines and breeders like myself have rules one being you can only reg'd blood lines to breed from 2 years to 6 years old @ one litter per year she's had 4 litters adopted out by this time. At the age of 4 you keep replacements for that line, or lose it. The time the line breeder reaches 6 the replacement turns 2. the 6 year old is spay and retires. She's my responsibility and she's family what do you suggest I do with her? Give her away? Oh who said call PETA? Get real people.. I don't pass her off she's FAMILY.
To complicate matters I don't mind taking in rescues especially if they were born here adopted out and something happen some years later that some one couldn't keep it. I will all ways feel it's my responsibility to them as well after all we are family. On top of that I have taken in some breeders misfortunes as in lethal whites not PIE BALD not Irish spoting either but aussie bred merle to merle named lethal whites The name is misleading. There not lethal there just bred wrong and 2 out of 8 will most likely be def, or blind even both. Any aussie, or any dog can be def even bred right. Any aussie can be white and be fine too. But not Merle to merle not all in the litter will be fine unless the gene brakes. You can do the research your self and fine out. A lot of people think inbreeding cause's it. NO that's wrong the inbreeding causes toy aussie's go ahead do your research. And one more thing some people seem to think that aussie's are not pure bred if they have tails well concerning NBT natural bob tails with aussies. One being born with out a tail happens from time to time not often it's still considered a birth defect. You can never breed two NBT's with each other as the litter mortality in the womb is 100%. Take the time to do some research the information is out there just waiting for you. Scientists spend 15/20 years some might say a life time of work on studies by different Governments funding them to carry out so many different things some seem pretty silly to me but to each there own.
So far we discovered I have/had a lot of dogs and yes I do/did. 60 counting the two litters that they took by there count as of 3/24. New count by them is now 50 according to todays news 4/2. I have had many asked me the same question 100 of times. There well loved and cared for by me. I went to grate lengths to assure they have what they need they never went with out food, heart worm preventative and had regular de-wormings they have Vet. care when needed they have all their shots up to date. They want for nothing. In 2000 and something I broke some bones and tore out some ligaments. Went to the Doctors office they wanted to keep me a while to operate on my leg sticking a pen in it to keep the bones together and put a donors ligament it there. I refused that myself and just asked him to put a brace on it let the bone heal and afterwards I'll come back when I get the time to have out patient surgery to reattach the ACL to the healed leg. He agreed. In the mean time I talked to people to fine some foster homes for some aussies. No one around here at that time knew PETA killed animals as they did. Some one told me PETA really cared and found good homes for many animals from our county. They passed me the number and I called explaining my situation to PETA out of Norfolk VA. By the time they showed up here it was two months after I called and winter was over with, and I just came off them dag gum crutches two weeks before the bone healed perfectly. I was sporting that road worrier metal brace still just so my leg didn't fold up under me as there wasn't any ACL to keep that from happening. During this time the aussie's were all taken care of every day and de-wormed meds kept up with all there needs met. I fell over from time to time and it was painful on the ice sort of hard to be walking on crutches on ice carrying 50lbs bags of dog food. They didn't have the 40 lb bags in the feed stores back then and that wouldn't have made any difference any way. I always got back up in no worse shape. I always remained dedicated to the health and well being of my aussies. People all know this that live around me they seen me every day out there with them.
I been called a hoarder I been called a puppy mill I been portrayed as child molester. Scents the news brought it up I will defend myself with the truth. That was the biggest lie ever told. I'm a Professional Hobby breeder by all definitions, by all accounts a good one. I am a father I had custody of two daughters after a very nasty divorce in the mid 80's. That in it's self should tell you something if the courts agreed I was the best father I could be, and they handed me custody of two daughters . I was working a lot because I had too. I was a register armed private detective for many years. I was registered by the Commonwealth Of Virginia though out the 80s up until 1991 my registration expired in 1-31- 1992 Pen # 068969. I know all about this sort of tactic used to sway others in to believing lies. This is not my first rodeo. I stepped on a lot of toes during my employment. In 1999 in Hertford County NC. when we had the 100 year flood I took notice of false claims being made by some people in Hertford County to gain new homes from damage that they never received from the flood or the storm it's self. I am honest man and loyal like my aussies so I turn't them in because wrong is wrong no matter who they were, or there affiliations.
Which leads me back to this part of the story. Daughter my youngest was 12 both were getting out of control. I would not defend my self as it would put one against the other as well as show that one daughter went to hire some one to have me murdered so one could do what ever they like to do not because I did any thing to any one of them in any manner as any excuse or reason to hire some one to kill me. All this is known by a lot of my daughters old friends if you cared to ask her she'll set ya strait , Bobby Keel of Suffolk Va. and Larry Overton my Lawyer at that time as well as a Dallas Griffen he's the cousin to the one that was going to do the killing and he was present during the conversation and some others came forward when the deal was made to have me murdered. I'm a single father I did what I thought a Dad must do at the time. Do I regret it? Well some times the thought crosses my mind, but no I did what needed to be done. I took the guilt myself. What father would want to see there daughter charged with that? I did what I had to do after all I apparently failed some where as a father for something like that to happen to where I was hated so much to have me killed . No feeling is worse then that I don't think. I did what I had to do. I chased the daughter away out of my life at the time to protect her from her own self.
I plead no contest to indecent liberty so none of this would ever come up again and yet this happens, and some one from PAWS of Hertford County seems to think that reminding everyone of something that never was true to begin with would have some effect in convincing by deception to sway public opinion to there side. Why else even bring it up at all? One has nothing to do with the other anyway. Use your heads. I would sacrifice my life for any one of my daughters with out a thought or doubt. Unconditional love is amazing what it does if your a parent you know what I mean. I'll live with my choice. God knows me. It was my choice then and still holds true today. All that is as healed as it will ever be I guess it'll never be set right but it's as good as it gets.
I try to hammer out a meager living by breeding and saving other aussies They go to good homes. I do well the ends meet and it's a hoot to be around them. They just love me unconditionally there the best dogs in the world. I breed them for others to enjoy and if you have one you know just what I mean. I have received a lot of calls from people thanking me for the best dogs they ever had. As far as law enforcement is concerned by calling me and labeling me as a hoarder dose that fit the definition of the word? Look it up your self. As far as hoarder go's from all the accounts I've read about and, seen they do not adopt out there litters, or fine homes for there recuses either. Instead hoarders elect to keep them all. Where as a breeder keeps one from each line every 4/6 years picking the best from the litters for breeding to farther the betterment of the breed it's self.
You know with all this happening a lesser man may have taken the easy way out and given up. Well I'm not the lesser man.. I wont give up fighting for my rights or for my breeding lines. To be told that I have to get my aussie's spay, or they will get a warrant to take them from me with in 30 days from 3/24. Who and what do they think they are? I am not in Murfreesboro City limits I have no restrictions concerning breeding or numbers I been here breeding over 16 years I came here with them. I never had his sort of problem with the other animal control officer, or any one else in my entire life. It only started when this HCAC officer pop up two months ago. Something with her is way out of line to be violating all my civil liberties. There in there fenced in yard and have everything they want or need. I can't make any scents of it other then the reasons stated above as some sort of pay back for being truthful and forthcoming in the behalf of other people I never even met that really needed replacement housing at that time of the flood. I do know this that would really ruin my lively hood and my way of life completely as well my daughters and all future generations of my family. As it is now I don't know if I can ever recover fully, and if I can it will take so many years of very hard work. I will be to old to raise 5th generations, maybe even to see the results of 5th generation breeders from any lines that I could salvage from this mess they made of my way of life. My daughters were looking forward to taking over one day I am looking forward to being able to turn over our family legacy to my children as they are to there children. They stolid that from me just about every thing our past generations of my family built. My whole families work generations to build what I was entrusted to, all gone, all but one line at this point. I lost hole family lines going back generations because of these people and I use that term loosely (people) . And that Is the hardest part of it all. No one can image what this feels like. I been labeled by the news media and the following people as a monster HSUS and Hertford County Animal Control And Hertford County PAWS with the sheriff office backing them. Just why they want you to think that?
What lead to this situation is clear to me as it should be to every one. A few months back I placed a page on this site adopting free adult aussie's . I posted pictures of many of them there. I only use common scents in giving them to adopters not just to any old person that comes along. I know a lot about people and can tell a animal lover from some one looking for bait dogs to teach pit bulls to fight and kill. I'm not getting any younger and either are my parents. IF fact my father is back in the hospital as of yesterday battling ammonia for the third time . On 3/10/14 I see the police pull up out front. So I walk over to see if there was something I could help them with. One of my nabobs is a sheriff he was there and a new fella I have never seen. They explained they had this warrant for me ( the one posted above) I replied back to my long time nabob You know me better then that I would never starve or cause harm to any dog. They replied anyone can say any thing about anyone to get a warrant. It was agreed for the safety of the dogs as soon as could arrange for my daughter to get here to sit with the aussie's I'd come down there . They are never left unattended at any time. They left here then and went about there job. 120 /130 minutes later animal control officer pulls up out front. I don't know them only the older gentlemen that used to be the animal control officer for the county just two months ago. There is two of them both female officers this day one was teri something and officer BJ Barmer. They seemed to be surprised I was home. I am all ways extremely busy in the day hours between 11 and 4 pm with play time feeding time clean up time and there all being drenched with fenbendazole given by weight @ 1ml/cc per 25lbs of weight for the 3 days. This day were on the 3rd one. We had a lot of wet weather around here this season that just adds to the clean up time too.
They said nothing about the warrant they just asked to see the rabies vaccinations as they said they were just going around to all the homes checking every ones rabies vaccinations. Then a black unmarked police car pulls up and he gets out and walks over. Now this is getting a bit strange around here. As were talking Mrs. Barmer has her arm fully extended over the fence pointing at the aussie's making comments he's pretty and is that an aussie too? Her arm is still extended over the fence as she's pointing her finger at several aussies still making comments such as that ones eating poop. There all three feet away I see them every day I know what they do, as well as the reasons they do it, but she still felt she had to carry on like that. So I'm getting behind in my work it's feeding time, at this point the others are waiting to eat too. Lara aussie is beside me the hole time she stands up on her hind legs and places her mouth around Mrs. Barmer hand in an act of showing affection. She jerked her hand back to her side of the fence and said I need to see the rabies vaccinations she bit me. Well I knew that wasn't the case so I called the police officer over closer and said I need a witness here. I asked him to check Mrs. Barmer hand. Mrs Barmer then laughs. The officer took noticed there were no marks on her hand. I didn't fine any of that funny at all my self. I told her I don't have the time for this sort of thing. She didn't write me a ticket concerning the required act giving me the 3 days to show her the vaccination records as required, and this was just turning in to harassment really fast. Not some friendly conversation concerning the aussies. as it started.
I went about my day leaving them standing there. They stood out there talking among them selves for a time then Mrs. Barmer yells to me I'll be back in 3 days to have a look at those rabies shots. I took there picture and they left. Afterwards as they drove out of site I just shook my head and said to the aussies disgustingly, "damn people". With in the next two hours my daughter shows up so I can get the warrant taken care of. I drive there and sign a unsecured 500.00 bond for one charge of cruelty to animal a class 1 misdemeanor (See warrant above.) I asked the magistrate just who was making this allegation? He replied she is pointing at the warrant Mrs. Barmer is. I replied I'm confused myself and don't understand. I never met her before that very day out front. I never spoke with her, or had any dealings with her ever in my hole life. I was wondering just why this was taking place to receive a warrant 140 minuets before from the police then have the accuser from Hertford County Animal Control show up afterwards with a different deputy sheriff seemed rather odd.
Ten days go by 3/21. I go to court to obtain an public defender. All went as expected until I was sent to the other room to file out the papers to get my PD. Now I hear the bailiff the directed me to that point telling some one you can't speak to him he's getting an attorney. I turn to see Herford County Animal Officer Bobbie J Barmer trying to approach me as the bailiff stopped her. I file the application for my PD and was granted one by the name of Vernice B Howard. As I got up I was motioned over by Mrs. Barmer She had a paper in her hand she wanted me to read it. I didn't have the right glasses on so that wasn't possible. She then directed me to follow her to some other room where I called on the person that came with me there to follow behind me. In this other room there was two others. One was the assistant DA Charles Kinsey, Bobby J Barmer which lead me there and some other tall funny oily looking man in a suit said to be a city council member of the City of Murfreesboro. And Alfonzo which was with me . They asked who he was first off and I replied he's my ride and with me. Then they asked me to sit down and shoved some paper in my face again the same one an yet again I replied; I can't see the words on it. They read it a few times and I had no intentions of signing it. They told me if I didn't they come in with a warrant and take them all and euthanized them . This was the tall oily man in a dark suit speaking. Barmer said that if I sign it I be able to keep just 3 and I never see her again and the charge would just go away. I asked why ? The tall oily man Mr Hinton BECUASE WE DONT WANT YOU SELLING DOGS IN HERTFORD COUNTY! in a demanding tone. I look at Kinsey he said that's right.
I told them I had two litters what was to be come of the ones I had holds on for people ? She replied return there deposits and tell them they will be held for them that I could give her the names of the persons and they could buy them from them. I needed time to think they kept coming at me with there voices from three sides all at the same time. I got up as a pain shot from my chest in to my jaw and down my left arm. I got really dizzy and fell to one knee I felt sick really fast like throwing up all at the same time the DA guy Kinsey said he had to go and left the room. Al got on the phone and called my daughter, and she stayed on the phone from that point forward so she could over hear what was going on. I sat back down after a few minutes and the DA came back in. Then Barmer said you know I could come out there and fine you 25 per dog for them not having rabies shots too. I asked about keeping the litter that people had deposits on Barmer replied just take them some where for that day if there not there there not there. I asked them to get me my lawyer, or any lawyer to read over that paper, because they could be saying it said anything. I cant see the words. They refused saying if I did the deal is off the table and they take them all and have them euthanized. Then the number went to I can keep 5 and the one charge would go away and I never have to see her again. Seems I had no choice what so ever save 5 or kill all of them by not signing it. I still couldn't see what it said. So I took a chance I felt really trapped and sick I couldn't stay in there for another second. I'd defend myself on my land in here there no chance. They took me before some clerk in the court room, court was long over by that time. I couldn't begin to tell ya how long I was in there. I was just so relived to get away from them dishonest evil crooked bend sorry excuses for human beings I ever had the misfortune of meeting in my life. From Friday evening on the 2 / 23 to 2/ 25 to Monday morning they arranged for 4 or 5 news crews a helicopter and a line of vans and police cars 1/2 mile long from all over the place Gilford NC. Va Beach spca, Norfolk spca and some others I haven't even heard of and wasn't told. The HSUS was directing the show Nothing, but lies all of it. I carried some aussies from out front I carried them one by one. I told Officer Jessie Fernell no more. I keeping my lines. One of the news reporters ask me how I felt about the court ordered removal of my dogs? I said what? who said that? She indicated HSUS with a glance and a nod of her head. I then announced in a load voice it's over I told them go home I'm done. Then someone showed up with a search warrant. See copies on this site and read it for your self. They then took all my aussie's but five, and my daughters two.
As far as the rescues go there wasn't one it was stealing. They want you to think I keep every dog I see and call me a hoarder. As of today news it's a suspected hoarder it's changing by the day what there saying about me. How ever they took away illegally all, but one registered breeding line from the house and that is not being told and none of them are being shown by the news media. There pictures are shown below. Not one of them or any one of the litters of two had any medical problems, nor neglected, nor abused. They still took them. This is what has out raged me and lots of others as well. They better hold them in custody of the shelters as the law requires them to. HSUS SPCA HCAC PAWS all acting with out due possess and there is evidence of this there all extremely corrupt in this county. As they have not heard the end of this and never will.
It all begins with and ends with PAWS INC. Of Hertfort County Jo Ann Jones married to District court Judge Thomas Jones husband. Back in mid 2011 I called her myself. PAWS INC OF H.C. to see if they could help place 15 to 20 well suited socially apt. retrained recuse aussie's in to homes. She came out here in person and looked round. She said that her group did not have the resources, but she knew others that did and would place some calls. A week later many others showed up to look at all the aussie's not just the ones agreed on. They took each ones picture and placed each one on a leash what amounted to just a thin rope looped around there neck if they resisted they were deem unfit for adoption. This was by no means what I asked her concerning these aussie's. They did this to every one of them even to the ones that were my family aussie's not up for any placement what so ever.. ( I have all the Emails concerning all of the conversations that took place during this time concerning her and some of the others involved ) It became very clear they wanted every one of them. In a short time I was being bullied by these people. Jo Ann Jones even stated that she get HCAC to come out here and if my aussie's didn't go peacefully he'd shoot them on the spot. I was past mad with her for saying such a thing. I back off from them I didn't want there help not worth the trouble. I only asked her for the help for just the ones that were received from others and the ones that I saved from being put down because of handy caps deft, or blind aussie's. They all well knew many were from other people as they seen the paper work as well as being told where they came from. They also showed them the snip forms showing that I had theses spay my self, because I didn't know the blood lines of those aussies so breeding any of them on intention wasn't something that one should do. So spaying was the way to keep that from happening and that was all ready done by me. They all were in good health.
These people kept pushing and kept pushing I felt beholding to them and was willing to allow a few others go with them at this point so they could sell them to gain any losses as they made me feel I owned them so much and they made sure of that. They wanted to spay all the females here and insisted I wouldn't breed a one because one dog adopted from here would kill a dog in a shelter some where in the world. I don't think that way it's there ideology and ones like them. I even ask her what was it I was going so different then them by saving as many as I could. I didn't get donations as they do I don't take any of them to the pound I don't get money from the county to feed them. I breed my lines and adopt them out to be able to support them all and it works very well. If one person can do all this on his own think what a group of 5 people could do? Where I went wrong in 2011 was to take to many rescues in to close together and seek out other like minded people ( I thought ) to help. Not so many people take there dogs to the pound, or to PAWS when there is other choices. The people that came here to surrender there pets looked around and found this a place they like them to be. I don't cage any one of them and they have lots of running room and others to play with all day. The ones that were born here that were adopted out and brought back a few years later because of any persons situation. I wrote all about that as a must do before taking them any where else. I also give a full life time guarantee on each one that leaves here, it's all written on this site. FOR ANY REASON what so ever no questions asked.

DA's. said to be the one that drafted that voluntary surrender paper his name is also on the dismissal ( that voluntary surrender I did not honor nor have any intentions of honoring after I was forced to sign it under threat of killing all my aussie's if I didn't sign .) The way it was put was like this in short as it is stated above; You can keep 3 and we will pick up the rest and rehome them and the one charge of cruelty to animal will go away. Also we won't come out and write you a 25.00 fine on each dog for exp. rabies vaccinations per dog, which I never received a written notice for by the way, and I do have all the rabies shots. I still do and did show her. They held me in there over an extended time pushing that paper in my face. I asked to speak with an attorney. They replied if I did the deal is off the table and they just come out and take them all and euthanize every one of them not leaving any then it went to, I can keep 5 of them . All that will come out shortly as well there is more then one witness to all of that. The one that drafted this paper his name as Charles Kinsey Asst. DA. that's on the application of the search warrant according to Bobbie Bramer own words. The Hertford County Animal Control officer. He's the presiding District court Judge on the 22 of April to rule over my one false charge of crudity to animal in Hertford County NC. True puppy mills by the legal definition of that term there isn't one. As by actions and laws are concerned and can only be governed by the USDA which are SPCA's, PAWS, HSUS , and all the rest that are registered and licensed by the USAD that house and handle dogs. I tried to help her get this puppy located so she could get it after I returned the holding deposit to her. She was told by vbspca that HSUS has her red flagged as a breeder and she is not allowed to adopt any animal what so ever from any spca in the U.S. now your informed as how they are connected to each other. She called me very upset crying. The thing is with that she is not nor never been a breeder. A few days later vbspca told her that she can have one of Cricket's puppies when there ready and that the vbspca won't honor the red flagging of her by HSUS because the reason were good enough as they stated but that isn't the reason. The real reason is because I notified them that I was made aware of it as well as my lawyers. But how I have to wonder if they will honor there word as they set a 45 mile limit on the range in miles as to whom can adopt any one of them that range is 45 miles from the vbspca shelter it self. I hope they honor there own word and allow her to receive one of my puppies and make no mistake there all mine they just stolid them from me. These are of my lines bred over many generations in my family. They hold no rights to any one of them what so ever and never will. There registered in my name. These people here in Hertford County Animal Control & PAWS any and all that are like them won't affect me nor stop me they won't dictate to me there ideology. I just proved it with the death of many of my aussie's. All they shown you was a few of the 52 they took. They sent a few of them to high profile places to parade them about on TV internet and pictures as the rest they could killed unnoticed. How dare any one of you allow just one of there deaths go unnoticed for the love of GOD shed a tear for them. They harm no one and were loved as they loved what else could you need to see. They will just destroy some one else's life and kill more as soon as they can. If you support them after seeing this then it will make you just as bad as they are. They must be stopped and NOW. Do unto others as you have them do unto you. That is a simple as it can be put. Fine some way to run them out of town any company that supports them don't buy from. Bessie's litter standard size 01/29/13. 8 weeks 1 day old just gorged them selves on boiled chicken white rice baby peas & sliced carrots. The male on the far left in this picture went to his adopted family 1/29/13 he's had two 5 way core shots given one on the 5th week and one on the 8th week fenbendazole given by wt. 1ml/cc =25lbs of body weight @ 3rd week 0.3ml/cc , 5th week 0.5ml/cc 8th week 0.6ml/cc. Any remaining worms will begin to expel over the next few days this is normal (Do not reworm for 3 weeks.) Rock Wellers will weight 8 to 12 pounds at the same age. These are not Rock Wellers by any means.

When these people stolid my aussies they said they were in need of immediate vet care they were all abused, missing limbs, neglect, malnourished, dehydrated and in deplorable shape in horrific conditions. The vet they took them to just after they stolid them from me don't seem to think that was the case at all. I did have 4 that were on medications for different minor things. yeast infection of the ear, and one with kennel cough, None with eye infections. In fact what them HSUS and SPCA people said there was not one grain of truth to any of it at all. ) getting a cold or and ear infection even deftness that is a normal part of raising aussies. Not any different then like kids they come down with different things from time to time I was raise with a deft cousin myself. He wasn't any different then me he was smarter and stronger. I am well stocked and well trained on how to treat my aussies for such things.
This man next door spraying week killer round up here is a violation Hertfort County animal cruelty laws. Willfully poisoning an animal. This was reported to HCAC same day nothing was done.

I am not a hoarder or a puppy mill my aussie's get the care they need 24/7 there not breed out either. I am by definition a Hobby breeder as well as a rescuer, and I rehome all those I can when I fine the right placing for them after evaluation and teaching social skills to them with in the pack as dogs are pack animals they have to learn there place with in the pack. There pack will be your family once they leave here. Lets say you get a dog that's been in a kennel for many months that dog will need to be retrained completely to a new social order in a pack as for most of it's life it's all ways had just it self to care for, and think about. It's easy to understand how it feels really. Imaged your self locked behind bars your told or made to do what some one else says everyday now place your self in solitary confinement with no direction just some one throws food and water at you once a day. One day comes and your driven out to a place where all the others run free, like here. What will be your first move. See your over whelmed it's sensory over load. Your emotions are all over the place. Aussie just need a little time to slow them down one step at a time It's easy once they trust you, They pick up a lot from the others around them just by watching them. With In one month that is a different aussie all together, some faster. No two are alike. Having a good alpha male around them that they can roll model after is the key, and that's just what they do.

I never was told where she was and why they tried to keep her. Shortly after this I quit dealing with them because there not honest when dealing with people. They have some other agenda concerning animals and running a non profit rescue it's not non profit by any means. They have no rules or morals and they kill animals just to save a buck. Jeremi Clark is never to be trusted she knows nothing concern dogs but what she can sell them for. She's a liar and a thief she is nothing more then a puppy broker. Stay clear of that one. She pretends to help the dogs but she only takes what she can sell of a profit.
Jess was a free aussie like the others here. He was born to me I raised him and I trained him to me alone. This picture was taken the day they stolid all the others as well as Jessie from me and his home. He was in grate health and intact as the other breeders and aussie's were when they took them. All SPCA said is lies. Proven that as a fact. Your own vets told me to my face not knowing it was me that they were in good shape even many all ready spay just some needing dental. You all that lied you will be sued and you will be caged. I will never back off !

SPCA in Va. Beach Va. has him and are holding him and many of my aussie's taken from here illegally now in CAGES . THAT IS A FACT! You can see that here read the search warrant your self. I will bring each one you to justice each and every one of you sick Os. I made a promise to all my aussie's that day I will honor my word to them. You people that did this. I know your names I have your home addresses. The wheels of justice are slow but they are relentless just like me. Never mess with a mans dogs. Especially if that man is a retired PI & bounty hunter.
