They killed 132 dogs according to there own records. 6 other dogs died in there facility. They boost a no kill shelter how ever 132 they killed by there own hands, so hows that a no kill shelter? This is all broken down in there numbers by there own hand. Look this information up. Its a far cry from the 6000 they claim that they take in every year on there own web site. Every year is listed for all shelters in Va.

Up dated what's happen on 8-14. As you may have noticed that Guilford Animal Shelter director has been indicted, and they lost there license to run any shelters. Those were the 3 women that were here stealing from me. You should know that HSUS has been sending them there dogs that they confiscated on those so called rescues. What's known as the (confiscation rackets) Guilford County Animal Shelter run by the United Animal Coalition INC. was a high kill shelter, A REAL HELL HOLE. They lost both there shelters, one in Davidson County as well. Listen up guys it comes down to this. Just as I said what was going happen has started happening. This has only just started they will all be held accountable.
Notice on the document above as It is stated that the District Attorney's office did not in any way participate in the decision to charge the defendant in this matter. On the affidavit to obtain the warrant the name Charles Kinsey of district attorney office drafted the document. How is that not participating in any way? That is a major conflict of interest. Now look at the document posted below There's Charles Kinsey with the district attorneys office drafting a document for me to sign concerning taking my aussie's. He was involved from the very beginning of this entire mess. The documents state it as fact. They took my dogs with a warrant there is nothing voluntarily about it,
The document above and below proves a search warrant was issued, and they confiscated my dogs by warrant. The letter from the DA office states the vets found no abuse, or neglect concerning any of my aussie's how ever my aussie were still confiscated by them. When I called the shelters Guilford County and the two SPCA's in Va. they took them to and demanded there return. The shelters called the sheriff in Hertford County and they sent two deputy's here telling me not to call the shelters again or I'd be locked up. Also note the name Dr. Shannon Snoke She is not a NC. licences Vet. How ever they stated she was on the legal document above. She has scents fled the state of Va. and NC. It's a criminal act to portray her self as a Doctor Of veterinarian medicine. Yet this judicial system in Hertford County encouraged it as they committed felony grand larceny, Interstate transportation of stolen property, trespassing and violated the animal enterprise terrorism act ,which is exactly what they did by the letter of the law. There is not nor was there ever one legal reason to issue any such warrant for confiscation or even any assessment of animals here. The affidavit was faulted on every point. There was never any complaints concerning my dogs. No records ever existed.. No charge pending. No vet report ever existed stating I sold a puppy that was under weight. Facts are Hertford County Animal Control officer B.J. Barmer acting in conjunction with PAWS INC. of Hertford County with the support of Tom Jones District Court Judge of Hertford County acting in his wife's interests Joann Jones the then owner of PAWS Inc. just stated it without knowledge, or existence of evidence intentionally. These premeditated criminal acts need to be addressed.

One the other paper they say they take in 4000 last year. See it for your self it's listed above. It's there claims. Norfolk Va. spca claims on there site 6000. animals a year that's 16 per day. Well concerning both SPCA's that's the biggest lie ever told! Just login to Va.Department of Agriculture Consumer Public Affairs. Single search Norfolk SPCA report 2014, or any year you like to see. 2014 total intake of animals claimed by the Norfolk SPCA for that year is 934 cats and dogs that's a hellofa ways from 6000 animals a year as they tell you they do. So this is what happen to them as they list it on the official record. 18 died in the facility they euthanize 35 they sold 759 and 8 were reclaimed by there owners. LOOK IT UP FOR YOUR SELF. They have to tell the truth here. There freeking liers and nothing more. The facts are the facts. Wait until you see what Va.Beach claims. On the above sheet SPCA Va. Beach estimated that they the Va. Beach Va. SPCA INC. took in 150000 animals in 40 years so now that's 10.2 animals a day ( every day single day ) 365 days a year x 40 years=14600 days divided by 150000 animals=10.2 So there just No way that can be 19 animals per day as they say they take in every day the math won't lie. How can it? The estimate is 48.9% off, Or the intake of 19 animals is just plain off times 9 animals a day. Why would they double the numbers up like that? Why In Deed..Wait until you see what the real numbers are the truth is posted on the Gov ag. site.2013 Va. It's [570 animals in 30 days] sell 1/2 = 280 animals $ 100.00 to adopt = 28.500.oo X 12 months 342.000.00 that's just 1/2 the intake for one month time.. Not counting donations, or fundraising. Well B/S. It don't even add up no where close on there tax records. Their records are public information go look for your self on there 990 forms. Numbers don't lie people do. vbspca. There just lying like all ways. Even if there telling you the truth what did they do with all the animals they say they took in? The tax records show they couldn't have adopted them out the numbers aren't there. So what happen to the other 3285 animals per year they say they had taken in? Well that's the 9 animals a day every day 365 days a year? They said they take in 19 animals per day on there own site the estimate says 10 which is which? There own records state they don't even come close to either number they want you to believe. If you did dose this suggest that they kill about 3/4 the animals they take in, or what? 1000s of animals per year are shipped around from other Va. and out of state releasing agency to one another to up there intake numbers. Why is that exactly? I don't know what they do with them according to there numbers some leave one facility and show up at another in time to be counted then shipped out to another and then counted again what's up with that? Something is off. Is this evidence that SPCA INC. are linked state to state? Is it really all one grate big National billion dollar corporation. Are they juggling the numbers and cooking the books? Is someone hiding something from me again ? By now they must know I'll fine out just what that is. Or could it be I all ready have? So this is what happen to them as they list it on the official record. 18 died in the facility they euthanize 35 they sold 759 and 8 were reclaimed by there owners. LOOK IT UP FOR YOUR SELF. I was charged for this day as the offence date 3-24-2014 with intentionally and willfully with holding substance from my aussie's, ( Bobby Jo Barmer Hertford County Animal Control is the complainant on the warrants. The date they made the warrants were 4-29-2014 just because I wasn't going to allow them to get away with stealing from me. Then I was illegally removed by force from my home with our any warrants in hand, and without any reason given even when asked then taken to the jail and waited until they hand crafted new warrants with out any idea of what to charge me with, or any idea of the dogs they had all ready stolid and sold. ( 10 red merles and 19 blue merles were never on my land.)
