Time Line of Events.
All this legal mess in the law suit concerning what they did has been going on for 6.5 years not much is happening. They pretend to go though with some of the motions, but in reality it's all pretending on there part. Nothing is getting done at all. There just keeping it out of the courts as best they can for as long as they can until they can fine a judge that will though the case out completely. They don't want any one to see them for what they really are. Those asshats all being lawyers X district court judge his now X wife and dirty cops. My own lawyer had told me not to file criminal charges against any of them as it best to sue them first then go after them criminally. Seemed like bad advice to me. I wonder if that's waiting for the limitations to expire in the 7th year. You don't need to look into a crystal ball to see the future in this place. There is no justice here and there isn't going to be anything done and there wasn't ever going to be. They always held all the cards.
Day One: Date: 3-10-2014 time: appx.1400 hrs. Address: 543 Pine Top Rd. Hertford County./ Warrant for arrest informed/ delivered by H.C.S.D. Jessie Fennell Demeanor. Nervous/With holding. I known him 16/17 yrs . 2nd Officer with J. Fennell A Murfreesboro, City Officer out side of his jurisdiction W. C. Barmer. Demeanor. Over confident/ Forbearing/Gaining purpose. I engaged short conversation with J. Fennell telling me MPD Barmer is a like ride along an observer if you will ( fuselage) , Barmer incepted more then interrupted speaking fuselage with maybe's terms. (One count of #14cr050333.) I was told that it be fine to come down as soon as my daughter came home to sit with my aussies as I won't leave them unattended. J. Fennell Replied; That was fine with him he looked towards Barmer for approval Barmer gave the nod. (?s)

Barmer ( Middle person in picture shown above ) with H.C.A.C. officer Teri (unknown last name) and H.C.S.D. Deputy of unknown named. No statement/enquiry concerning earlier visit from HCSD Officer J. Fennell or MPD Officer Barmer (see 3-10-2014 time 1400 hrs.) #14cr050333. ( first time I ever seen/met, known of, heard of, or spoke to B.J.Barmer was as date and time is listed.) She drives in to my drive way parks. Two female occupants in vehicle. Demeanor noted: Fake/Dishonest. Body langue noted: Nervous suppressed Surprised when she seen me. Small female HCAC named Teri Demeanor. Shaken./ Out of place. Small talk concerning dogs began; There pretty, Now nice, what's that ones name, then she pointed out one asked if that one was the one that Joann had? I replied; Who? Cheyenne? As she was pointing at one of the only two red merles out front. I replied how did you know that? As I seen her face flush as she looked down at her feet. Then unmarked HCSD black car arrives. B.J. Barmer demeanor changes to harassment, and continued. As she now was still pointing wavering her arm over my side of the gate as to be baiting my aussies. I just thought she was inbred stupid. So did all my aussies as she became louder and louder Lara one of my top line breeders rose up on her hind legs beside me and placed her mouth around her arm in and act of affection to what seem to B.J. Barmer arm affliction. B.J.Barmer Yells She bit me, She bit me! I laughed as I called the HCSD over, and I asked him to witness. I asked him to double check same arm as I was standing there. He checked it in front of me replied; no marks of any kind. I paid very close attention to his body langue voice stress level tones charter & demeanor and found him to be honest. There was something I recalled seeing that name associated with the warrant at that instant B.J. Barmer named as complainant. Puzzled me. Than I realized what she was doing and in front of the HCSD Deputy I voiced it as fact true and honest. I summed it up as just some B/S harassment behind PAWS aloud. I have no farther time for this sort of behavior. I said good by walked away from them and was feeding my dogs. I walked back in side to get my camera as I came out. She yelled; I want to see the rabies shots so I'll be back in three days. I waved by as I took there picture feeling rather disgusted over her apparent misuse and abuse of power. Went back inside and wrote every thing down.
DATE: 3-10-2014 Time: 1730 hrs. Daughter in place sits watches over aussie's I go to HCSD warrant severed one charge 14cr50333 released unsecured 500.00 bond.
DATE: 3-13-2014 Time: 1300 hrs Address: 543 Pine Tops Rd. Herford County. HCAC B.J. Barmer arrives. I take records out to her showing proof of rabies shots. (Never received a written in fraction for rabies from her requiring me to produce them with in three days.) She gets flustered. Looking at them she states no there no good there fudged. I replied there not here is the receipt, and the control number is written on all of them. She gets mad and leaves.
DATE: 3-21-2014 Friday Time: 0930 hrs. Address: Hertford County Court. Wittiness 1: Alfonza Beverly 252-642-7303. Wittiness 2 : Bailiff on duty that date. Before court begins the D.A Kensey comes to me and says make sure you see me we need to talk to you before you leave here today. Al was beside me seen and heard it. I told Al must be because of the fake charge and they are after her. Taken to a side room after receiving P.D. Vernice B.Howard. They placed me under threats of killing all my aussies to sign some paper they had to read to me aloud concerning some voluntary transfer Barmer read it to me in the other room where they give you the papers to fill out for PD. This was where the bailiff told Barmer in the short hall way she wasn't allow to speak to me because I had a lawyer. Barmer didn't seem to care what he said. She approached me. I though it was to say she was sorry and to drop the charge, but it wasn't. She set a paper in front of me and said read and sign it. I said to her I can't see the words I have the wrong glasses on. She read me the paper she had and I said no way I'm not going to sign it.. She said come with me then. So feeling I had to I followed her to a side room where two other men were waiting.
I motion to Al to follow me in as I passed him in the court room. Kensey was waiting in there he introduce me to some guy in a suit City Attorney Mr. suit I didn't get the name of the guy just City attorney. They asked who's that guy with you I said my ride. Al. They put the paper in front of me again read it and sign it Kinsey said. He had some thing going on he'll be back. I said I can't see the words like I told her so read it to me. They read it again aloud. I asked for my attorney I want her to read it. I was told if I did the deal was off the table and they were coming out to take all my aussies and euthanize them all. I asked for any attorneys any still in the court so they could read over it, because I could not see the words to read it for myself. Kensey returns he replied there was none court was over with. Hinton: Sign it, or will come and euthanize them all, looks at Kensey he agrees. Al asked to see that paper he read it, and shook his head. Al said lets get out of here. I didn't think we had a chance to get out. Seem to me if they went to all this trouble we'd not make the door.
This went on for some time. I asked why are you doing this and the reply was in a louder voice Hinton; Because we don't want you selling dogs in Hertford County. Left side gave out arm pain leg folded under my weight. I fall to the floor on to one knee. One man leaves the room in a hurry. (Kensley) Al calls my daughter on the cell phone. I'm unaware of now much time passed I'm dizzy. Alfonza helps me up and get to a chair. They start again. Sign it and will leave you 3 and the charge will go away and you will never hear from us again. Other man returns asst.DA (Kinsley) Barmer states; Or I'll site you with all them counts of rabies violations, very expensive. sign it and keep 5 and well fine good homes for all the others. And the charge will go away, and we won't bother you any more you never see us again ( B.J.Bamer). I'm feeling pretty sick I can't focus feeling dizzy sick with the sweats. There still hammering at me all three from three sides. What about the people that have deposits on there puppies that wouldn't be right. Barmer replies gives us the list of names return there money and well sell them to them. What about my new litters? Hinton and Barmer said hide them. Hide them? from what you? None of this makes any scents at all it's not real. No reasonable person could ever understand what's happening in a court of law with people your suppose to have complete confidence in to up hold the laws. The D.A. the city attorney too. Sheriff office animal control person sure she's corrupt I know that from all ready dealing with her, but all three in a surprise attack. There is no way any one could reason it out. Or be set to face it with out some logical reason. I'm over loaded stun in to sick.
My thoughts:[What are they going to do to me if I don't sign it? Kill my aussie's. How am I going to get out of here? I got to get away, get away? how very doubtful/ these guys can do anything as long as they have there hands on me. D.A. & city att .wtf? Big guys. If I sign it I can get away from them then I got time enough to fight them. why is this happening, been blind sided, makes no scents, Who and what's behind it? I first need to get out of here with out them locking me up in jail. Then they will take all my aussies that way I will just die.]

Date: 3-24-2014 Time: 0930 hrs. Monday Address 543 Pine Top Rd. Hertford County. I was taking pictures making record. Helicopter flys over me in some interest in me. I See a huge line of vehicles HCSD in the lead, all sizes, vans ,trailers marking HSUS SPCA NC VA unmarked PETA vans private cars too. News vans in the back helicopter over head. I go to the front there is a lot of people parking and setting stuff up like a camp site. Jessie is talking to one reporter Deanna LeBlanc wavy tv10. I approach and he shuts up. Leblanc ask me this one question; How do you feel about this court ordered confiscation ? I then replied who told you that? She just glanced at HSUS director Kim something. Then I realized. All this was a set up from the very start. There was no way to get all these different people here from Fri. 3/21 that eve to all stage all these people from two states some were 5/6 hrs away in Gilford NC., and hit me Fri.3/21 to Monday 3/24 0930. No way all this had to be planed at least a week ahead in advance. 4 tv news crews two from NC two from Va. there were 55/65 humans. A helicopter too . (flight plan filed.) No. Someone set this all up before any court date, or any findings of any kind. She said Court ordered. Someone didn't tell the news people on the 21 that Friday that they forced me to sign that vile voluntary B/S. paper. I walked out in the middle of the road and announced in the loudest voice I have "This is over it's illegal go home now!" Jessie Fennell came up to me as I'm heading back in side. Whispers let's not turn this into something that it don't need to be. Seemed rather threatening to arrest me I really did get the meaning to what he said I just looked at him and whispered back F. it. I went back in side my daughter in tears. They came with a search warrant to access there health , but they steal them instead. To get the warrant they said I had pending charge how ever if you see the dismissal date it was dismissed before she used it as the reason to get the search warrant. NO complaints from any one concerning my aussies. no investigation done on anyones part into any problem no notice given to me from HCAC concerning my dogs. I was even given notice of the arrest warrant 2 hrs. before I met this person B. J. Barmer from HCAC. and with her as the complainant named on the warrant, and she never been here to see any dog at any time.
DATE: 4-15-2014 Time 0930.Hertford County Court Trial Case Dismissed. To explain; NOTE [ The dismissal was filled out on Friday apparently and given to the clerk of court and filed dated for 3-24-2014 Monday so at 0001 hours on 3-24-2014 the case was dismissed. I wasn't told of this until 27 days later. They came with a warrant used the false statements and out right lies to obtain P.C. probable cause like with saying there were several complaints about my dogs but there was none of those either. Prefab Designer Crime made to order for designer news. If I known I been able to get my aussies back before they were all sold off and ship to them labs.] , Every news story was a lie there were no charges pending according to the dismissal that's just criminal negligence on there part.] Why didn't my P.D. tell me the case had been withdrew by the Asst. D.A.Kinsey just one business day after I received her so I could have saved my Australian Shepherds why was that fact hidden from me until the day of court? On the Public Defenders part this is a crime that she committed as stated by written law.

Date 4-25-2014 I called Revelle Law firm asked for M. Hinton was redirected to Charles Revelle "Fuselage" Denial knowing Joann Jones of PAWS she's the Exe. Director of that Private Corp.in Hertford County NC. involving animals. She also the wife of Thomas Jones District Court Judge of Hertford County NC., Michael Hinton best friend is Thomas Jones they even share a law firm together in Murfreesboro, NC.
Date: 4-28-2014 Phone call from HCSD Deputy Archer informs me I have many serial warrants all for the same thing as last time. Arrangement made to turn myself in on the 1st of May with him. No problem.
Date:4-29-2014 Time: 01100 hrs. Address; 543 Pine Top Rd. Hertford County. HOME surrounded by the JONES GOONSQUAD. "6-8 Hertford County Sheriff Deputies" Pounding on every part of the house. I open the front door deputies hands on GUNS. I'm order to come out I'm refused my glasses. I asked what am I being arrested for this time? Deputy said he didn't know. I asked to see the warrant. He replied; I don't have one I was just told to come get you. Well figuring there going to just take me out in a field and shoot me and yet, how that seemed oddly comfortable as an idea to me. Put an end this freeking nightmare would be merciful. The over whelming unbearable feeling of lost. You can't even contemplate the lost I feel every damn day. There is NO justice therefore can't be any closer. How is it, because' there mere dogs, that some how suggests there's any difference in the amount of my love I have for them./ Received a stack of warrants same complainant B.J.Barmer HCAC. Date of offence 3-24-2014 all warrants are unsigned 3-24-2014 is the day they stolid them with a warrant that was biased on all lies to obtained it. The first case was dismissed before the search warrant was even issued. Mrs. V. Howard checked/ no complaints either so she said. All same charge as day one. ( Refusing Substance to my family of aussies's ) Well that's just Freeking NUTS. I'm a breeder and people come here to adopt puppies. ( This is more of there B/S, you know it and I know it.) She was appointed by Asst D.A, Kinsey with the help of Hinton just to be sure it all go's in there favor.

Court date 8-15-2014. Winton NC. Date 8-15-2014 0930 hrs. Mrs. Desiree Joy greets me as I entered. She's was the only one of the two witness served by sheriff office. According to my P.D. My vet was told by the sheriff of this trial two days before court, and she had surgery on that day, I was told by my P.D. Many more were on the witness list, but weren't given notice by the sheriff office. Remains a mystery as to who's responsible for that. The 2nd motion of obtaining illegal evidenced was not mention in any fashion. Seems she didn't file for a hearing date for that motion. Date 9-12-2014 1030 The motion to suppress illegal evidence will be heard on the 9-26-2014 just before there dog and pony show starts, and then dismissed by them as ilrellivent. I will smile back at them. We all ready know the out come in Hertford County. The appeal process is set to move forward. Were having it removed from this Corrupt Hertford County Circus Court. The witness for me won't be notified in time, which was there intentions from the very beginning, just because of whom the case concerns. I gave her the list over 30 days ago now she has less then 8 days from Monday the 15th to get the papers filled out and given to the sheriff office then they have to be taken to the addresses. That's just too funny. Tee he Tee he. Ain't no way. Did you really think they would allow the truth to be seen in there own court of lawlessness? We had all ready planned for all of this B/S. Out of there own 4 Vets they used not one out of the 73 aussie's counting the pups they stolid from me were found abused, or neglected. Case Dismissed! Hertford County Animal Control in association and in cooperation with the private corporation named PAWS of Hertford County NC. The same addresses for both PAWS and Hertford County Animal Shelter are shown as one. Owned by Joann Jones spouse of Thomas Jones District Court Judge of Hertford County NC. ( Now X Judge ) They state it them selves on there web site. All they did is illegal I did not write the laws we live by the governing bodies did that. As they write them then exclude them selves. The Law calls this a crime there actions are a conspiracy; Hertford County Animal Control Under the direction of the Hertford County Sheriff's Office call HSUS on the 13 of March 2014. The following day 3-14-2014 HSUS called the 4 TV News stations and the United Animal Coalition Guilford, NC. Which as scents been shut down and the director arrested for Felony Animal abuse. Also the Va.Beach Va. and the Norfolk Va SPCA were called. This was a week before my preliminary set for the 21 March 2014. NO trial. NO guilt found. The ONE Charge was dismissed before they even came here and stolid 54 aussies and 13 puppies. Private Corporations STOLID THEM there is no mistaking what the law calls it. Grand Larceny. I really would love too, but these people here I just don't know. I really hope someone can restore just a tad of faith back in the legal system here I truly do. No charge ever made it to court. These are the tactics they used to do what they want. Fake charge a person tie them up with court dates hope they run out of money trying to defend them selves, bonding out of jail and hiring a lawyer ect ect.. Then they drop it so you can't prove your innocence. Little did they realize the court is still coming for them. Just be patient and watch. As she was pointing at one of the only two red merles out front. I replied how did you know that? As I seen her face flush as she looked down at her feet. Then unmarked HCSD black car arrives. B.J. Barmer demeanor changes to harassment, and continued. As she now was still pointing wavering her arm over my side of the gate as to be baiting my aussies. I just thought she was inbred stupid. So did all my aussies as she became louder and louder Lara one of my top line breeders rose up on her hind legs beside me and placed her mouth around her arm in and act of affection to what seem to B.J. Barmer arm affliction. B.J.Barmer Yells She bit me, She bit me! I laughed as I called the HCSD over, and I asked him to witness. I asked him to double check same arm as I was standing there. He checked it in front of me replied; no marks of any kind. I paid very close attention to his body langue voice stress level tones charter & demeanor and found him to be honest. There was something I recalled seeing that name associated with the warrant at that instant B.J. Barmer named as complainant. Puzzled me. Than I realized what she was doing and in front of the HCSD Deputy I voiced it as fact true and honest. I summed it up as just some B/S harassment behind PAWS aloud. I have no farther time for this sort of behavior. I said good by walked away from them and was feeding my dogs. I walked back in side to get my camera as I came out. She yelled; I want to see the rabies shots so I'll be back in three days. I waved by as I took there picture feeling rather disgusted over her apparent misuse and abuse of power. Went back inside and wrote every thing down.

DATE: 3-13-2014 Time: 1300 hrs Address: 543 Pine Tops Rd. Herford County. HCAC B.J. Barmer arrives. I take records out to her showing proof of rabies shots. (Never received a written in fraction for rabies from her requiring me to produce them with in three days.) She gets flustered. Looking at them she states no there no good there fudged. I replied there not here is the receipt, and the control number is written on all of them. She gets mad and leaves.
DATE: 3-21-2014 Friday Time: 0930 hrs. Address: Hertford County Court. Wittiness 1: Alfonza Beverly 252-642-7303. Wittiness 2 : Bailiff on duty that date. Before court begins the D.A Kensey comes to me and says make sure you see me we need to talk to you before you leave here today. Al was beside me seen and heard it. I told Al must be because of the fake charge and they are after her. Taken to a side room after receiving P.D. Vernice B.Howard. They placed me under threats of killing all my aussies to sign some paper they had to read to me aloud concerning some voluntary transfer Barmer read it to me in the other room where they give you the papers to fill out for PD. This was where the bailiff told Barmer in the short hall way she wasn't allow to speak to me because I had a lawyer. Barmer didn't seem to care what he said. She approached me. I though it was to say she was sorry and to drop the charge, but it wasn't. She set a paper in front of me and said read and sign it. I said to her I can't see the words I have the wrong glasses on. She read me the paper she had and I said no way I'm not going to sign it.. She said come with me then. So feeling I had to I followed her to a side room where two other men were waiting.
I motion to Al to follow me in as I passed him in the court room. Kensey was waiting in there he introduce me to some guy in a suit City Attorney Mr. suit I didn't get the name of the guy just City attorney. They asked who's that guy with you I said my ride. Al. They put the paper in front of me again read it and sign it Kinsey said. He had some thing going on he'll be back. I said I can't see the words like I told her so read it to me. They read it again aloud. I asked for my attorney I want her to read it. I was told if I did the deal was off the table and they were coming out to take all my aussies and euthanize them all. I asked for any attorneys any still in the court so they could read over it, because I could not see the words to read it for myself. Kensey returns he replied there was none court was over with. Hinton: Sign it, or will come and euthanize them all, looks at Kensey he agrees. Al asked to see that paper he read it, and shook his head. Al said lets get out of here. I didn't think we had a chance to get out. Seem to me if they went to all this trouble we'd not make the door.
This went on for some time. I asked why are you doing this and the reply was in a louder voice Hinton; Because we don't want you selling dogs in Hertford County. Left side gave out arm pain leg folded under my weight. I fall to the floor on to one knee. One man leaves the room in a hurry. (Kensley) Al calls my daughter on the cell phone. I'm unaware of now much time passed I'm dizzy. Alfonza helps me up and get to a chair. They start again. Sign it and will leave you 3 and the charge will go away and you will never hear from us again. Other man returns asst.DA (Kinsley) Barmer states; Or I'll site you with all them counts of rabies violations, very expensive. sign it and keep 5 and well fine good homes for all the others. And the charge will go away, and we won't bother you any more you never see us again ( B.J.Bamer). I'm feeling pretty sick I can't focus feeling dizzy sick with the sweats. There still hammering at me all three from three sides. What about the people that have deposits on there puppies that wouldn't be right. Barmer replies gives us the list of names return there money and well sell them to them. What about my new litters? Hinton and Barmer said hide them. Hide them? from what you? None of this makes any scents at all it's not real. No reasonable person could ever understand what's happening in a court of law with people your suppose to have complete confidence in to up hold the laws. The D.A. the city attorney too. Sheriff office animal control person sure she's corrupt I know that from all ready dealing with her, but all three in a surprise attack. There is no way any one could reason it out. Or be set to face it with out some logical reason. I'm over loaded stun in to sick.
My thoughts:[What are they going to do to me if I don't sign it? Kill my aussie's. How am I going to get out of here? I got to get away, get away? how very doubtful/ these guys can do anything as long as they have there hands on me. D.A. & city att .wtf? Big guys. If I sign it I can get away from them then I got time enough to fight them. why is this happening, been blind sided, makes no scents, Who and what's behind it? I first need to get out of here with out them locking me up in jail. Then they will take all my aussies that way I will just die.]

No. Someone set this all up before any court date, or any findings of any kind. She said Court ordered. Someone didn't tell the news people on the 21 that Friday that they forced me to sign that vile voluntary B/S. paper. I walked out in the middle of the road and announced in the loudest voice I have "This is over it's illegal go home now!" Jessie Fennell came up to me as I'm heading back in side. Whispers let's not turn this into something that it don't need to be. Seemed rather threatening to arrest me I really did get the meaning to what he said I just looked at him and whispered back F. it. I went back in side my daughter in tears. They came with a search warrant to access there health , but they steal them instead. To get the warrant they said I had pending charge how ever if you see the dismissal date it was dismissed before she used it as the reason to get the search warrant. I was even given notice of the arrest warrant 2 hrs. before I met this person B. J. Barmer from HCAC. and with her as the complainant named on the warrant, and she never been here to see any dog at any time.

To explain; NOTE [ The dismissal was filled out on Friday apparently and given to the clerk of court and filed dated for 3-24-2014 Monday so at 0001 hours on 3-24-2014 the case was dismissed. I wasn't told of this until 27 days later. They came with a warrant used the false statements and out right lies to obtain P.C. probable cause like with saying there were several complaints about my dogs but there was none of those either. If I known I been able to get my aussies back before they were all sold off and ship to them labs.] , Every news story was a lie there were no charges pending according to the dismissal that's just criminal negligence on there part.] Why didn't my P.D. tell me the case had been withdrew by the Asst. Date: 4-28-2014 Phone call from HCSD Deputy Archer informs me I have many serial warrants all for the same thing as last time. Arrangement made to turn myself in on the 1st of May with him. No problem.

Date 9-12-2014 1030 The motion to suppress illegal evidence will be heard on the 9-26-2014 just before there dog and pony show starts, and then dismissed by them as ilrellivent. I will smile back at them. We all ready know the out come in Hertford County. The appeal process is set to move forward. Were having it removed from this Corrupt Hertford County Circus Court. The witness for me won't be notified in time, which was there intentions from the very beginning, just because of whom the case concerns. I gave her the list over 30 days ago now she has less then 8 days from Monday the 15th to get the papers filled out and given to the sheriff office then they have to be taken to the addresses. The following day 3-14-2014 HSUS called the 4 TV News stations and the United Animal Coalition Guilford, NC. Which as scents been shut down and the director arrested for Felony Animal abuse. Also the Va.Beach Va. and the Norfolk Va SPCA were called. This was a week before my preliminary set for the 21 March 2014. NO trial. NO guilt found. All though the only motion set forth was a date she filed to withdraw was heard, and denied by Judge Rob Lewis. ( Now X judge) So I'm to have confidence in the Public Defender ? I really would love too, but these people here I just don't know. I really hope someone can restore just a tad of faith back in the legal system here I truly do. No charge ever made it to court. These are the tactics they used to do what they want. Fake charge a person tie them up with court dates hope they run out of money trying to defend them selves, bonding out of jail and hiring a lawyer ect ect.. Then they drop it so you can't prove your innocence. Little did they realize the court is still coming for them. Just be patient and watch. I have proven my case beyond any doubt using there own paper. However it won't bring back any of what was taken from me. Now there closed down head of snake has been cut off. Hertford County NC. lost it's entire district. Not one damn judge from Hertford sits on the bench. The whole district was turned over to North Hampton County. There were a few aussie's of mine being treated by me. My Dearest Wendy had an ear infection ( Yeast ) 3 days in to her treatment she was coming around. Diamond Jo Lewis had a touch of kennel cough he was 5 days in on his treatment on doxycycline 100mg and robitussen dm which quiets the cough he had to continue that for 9 more days on isolation. Which means he just confined to inside with me. He's not around the others because it's highly contagious. He can't eat, or drink out of the same food containers as the rest either. He used the four 10x10 pens when I carried him out side so he wasn't in contact with the others. Really not much to kennel cough if you respect it and treat it right. One dog that showed up here on 3/22/2014 that was a Saturday morning. Someone had to drop her over the fence late that Friday, or very early Sat. morning. I found her in the drive way about 0630 She just had red bugs, which isn't nothing to be concerned about really. Red bugs is just mange mites there the same thing. All I did was bath her in Iodine shampoo, and dip her in permethrin 10% then later that same day sprayed her hot spots. She did not like any of that to much.
Big Al had a small tumor on his under side he was headed to the vet on the first of April at 14 years old they start to show there ages and some times tumors will appear It's a fact of life what do you want me to say? IT don't ever happen, or what. Star and Blue had cancer, but nothing could be done to change that out come they had 6 months tops I had them on a special diet of rice mackerel & peas. Seem to be doing really well too. Who really knows how much longer they could have gone. They were 17 years old and were getting around just fine a little slow but still. I'd given up everything for my aussies. I'll continue doing the same. I don't care what any one has to say about it. It's my life if you want to stop me then try to kill me you little sissy. The life average life span is 13 for aussies, but there not average here 17 has been the normal. Unless a truck crashes in to them in there own yard, or animal right wackos steal them sent them to labs and drain there blood to sell, and sell the bodies to labs. And if you think they don't do such things you best wake the hell up. Because it's going on right under your very noses.

Somatic mutations the skin cell mutation (more then one color.) Even A Series Alleles ( Saddleback ) asat B- kk mm. Each factor M, M-, S, S-, Sp, Si. all have a major place in breeding lines. as T- t- , for instance = s^w Extreme white spotting most to all the ausssie is white.
